So many negative reviews, and I’m sure when it’s busy this may not be the case, but I was in and out of here in 5 minutes for a routine employee drug screen. Made an appt online for 11am, checked in from my car. No line when I went in. Staff weren’t overly friendly, but they were efficient so I’ll take it! Also - cleanest, most modern LabCorp office I have been in by far.

They open at 8am and stop accepting people at 11 for their lunch at 12. Then open back up at 1 to close at 3. How is this place even still open. Only open 5 hours a day. Horrible location.

I came in for a pre-employment drug test and the staff were very nice and made my time here a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this location over others

The chic at the front desk sprayed lysol all over me, around me, and all over the entire bathroom just before I shut the door to pee in a cup, when I was in there I was consuming chemicals she sprayed and for what????? Cause the chic was paranoid?!?!?!

Appointment scheduled for 9 o’clock. Got there at 9 o’clock and there’s only one worker there. I waited for 40 minutes and I asked the lady how many more in front of me and she said four people and each person was taking about an average of about 20-30 minutes which would put me at 11:30 12 o’clock for my appointment that was originally supposed to be at 9. People have stuff to do. There is a reason we schedule appointments at certain times because that is what best suits our schedule. Therefore we do not have spare hours to just sit around an wait.

Very professional and efficient. The space is clean and private and even has a part of their waiting room dedicated as a kids play area.Their hours at this location have changed to close at 3pm, and remember that they stop accepting specimen a half hour before they close.They do accept and process MedTox. (As of 2/2020).10/10 would pee there again.

Umm..... I sent in a hair sample and an eyelash. And I was supposed to get the results back 2 and 11/17 of a year ago, to see if I was eligible to be cloned. I have not received the letter in the mail yet/ or gotten an email/call.But other than that they’re great, but customer service kind of sucks...

Call yesterday to see if i needed an appointment. They told me no just come in it will not take long. Been sitting in the lobby for almost two hours now. I would not recommend this location if you need to go to labcorp try another one other then this one. Employees are not friendly and don’t try and help you in anyway.
