Great experience getting simple bloodwork done. I had an issue elsewhere finding a good vein on 2 occasions and was referred to Labcorp. Veins were located,blood was drawn and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient and professional.

Tried calling this location multiple times. Long long message required to get to a voice for help. Was told to wait until the end of the message to talk to a representative. ultimately told voicemail was filled. Really? I think this qualifies as zero customer service.

I don't know what's up with all the negative reviews because I had a great experience. First off, I'm transgender and am often misgendered and have the wrong name used for me in medical offices, but they didn't mess up once. They used my preferred name and didn't use the wrong pronouns for me. They were all very kind and the process was very quick. Typically, people have a hard time getting blood from my veins -- even in the ER, they have to stick my hand instead of my arms. But not here! They very easy found the right spot in my arm and completed the blood work quickly. Really positive attitudes and upbeat demeanors. I'll be coming back here for bloodwork from now on.

So far I had no issues but I did see a worker be very unprofessional with a customer because she didn’t pronounce his name correctly and outright blamed him for it all because he didn’t respond when the NAME that wasn’t his was called I wouldn’t have responded either like it was early in the morning we understand you hate your job but don’t take it out on other ppl because you do this was a black women too with glasses at the time she had her hair pinned up in a little bun I think her hair color was light brown mixed with dark brown and she wore a mask she does the irons checks last time I was there then the lady at the front desk with blonde hair laughed and engaged with her like nowadays they just hire anybody I will be finding out who the director is here for sure because ain’t no telling what their doing to ppls urine and bloodwork I don’t trust anyone at this point ??♀️

This place is awfulThe lady was extremely rude I will not ever come back this is so stupid just wasted my time and my gas coming here!!!! Please go to another place and I need to tal with management about this!!!! really bad experience !!!
