The issue was resolved by the owner, which was much appreciated.Warning: Shady Business Tactics! You have been warned!I had two autostarts installed by this business, and initially, I was satisfied. I had invested approximately $700 about four months ago. Today, I visited due to issues with the fob needing to be reprogrammed. He told me it would be $70 unless I had the receipt, making the reprogramming free. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the receipt as it was in another vehicle. THE VEHICLE my wife was on her way to this business to have another autostart installed. When I mentioned my receipt was in probably in another car and suggested they should have my information in their system, I was met with an unexpected attitude, claiming it was my responsibility to retain the receipt and that they were not Walmart. Surprised by the response, I called my wife and told her to turn around and go back home. I asked if I could get reimbursed upon presenting the receipt, to which I was offered store credit. What, are you serious??Strangely, it only took him 2 minutes to reprogram the remote, yet I was charged for this service because it was my responsibility to have a receipt. The downside is that he charged me $70 for two minutes of programming. On the bright side, my wife was able to turn around without them getting any more of my business. I will never patronize this business again, and I will take the $ 3,000 I had to purchase my Slingshot rims this summer and have my two other vehicle programmed elsewhere. I hope you enjoy that $70 because you will NEVER get another penny from me.

Paid for my sound system and a partial wrap to be installed on my camam ryker in February 2024 and as of today may 28th The job is not finished they or Ray do not communicate or returns calls. So, finally I got upset and to him I'm done let's work something out. He told me no and that he can schedule me on Friday. My response is if you can schedule me for Friday when we're you going to call me, because as usally if I didn't stop by to see about you would of not contacted me .. In four months you have never returned calls or messages. I will be taking you all to court.

They don't know what they're doing. My wife went to get a deck hooked up to surprise me and the bluetooth wasn't working. I take it home put 2 wires together and it started working. Went to get some of my money back because I did they're job. Of course José, I guess the manager made excuses. I don't recommend anyone go there for music just rims

Me and my wife needed new rims for our vehicle and wasn’t sure where to turn. From our many times coming to Greensboro I remembered seeing Kustom Car Toys and went to see what they could do. They were very helpful and very kind and fast. They new wheels have given me and my wife a whole new feel about our car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Lack of professionalism! I placed an order at the beginning of March and was told that the part would arrive in 10-12 days. It's now 4 weeks later, after the promise of my service being complete, without an explanation for the delay, only to be told that I can pick it up and take it elsewhere to get it mounted and balanced. What a joke this place has become!

My husband and I came in with sub issues and one of the guys in there offered to take a look for us at no charge. He suggested what he thought was the issue and offered to take a deeper look into the connections if that solution didn't work out for a fair price. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Unfortunately the solution we thought would work didn't and so we'll be back to have them look at the connections soon
