I had a HORRIBLE experience at this establishment today. I reached out to a gentleman who my friend referred me to who was selling a 2004 Toyota Avalon for initially $3200, but dropped the price down to $2600 stating he was doing me a favor, (which I would soon find out was for a very specific reason!) so I asked for photos, and made arrangements to come and test drive the car and make a down payment when I realized this was the same car I had recently seen on FB marketplace and he had very conveniently forgot to mention that the car had well over 400,000 miles on it. So naturally, I expressed my concerns and that I was not going to pay $2600 for a 20 yr old car with over 400,000 miles on it . That's absurd. He told me to come in today at 1pm, and I could give him $1800 total, which is still too high, but I really needed a car, pay $1300 and $500 in two weeks time. This man had no intention on showing up to the car lot, had me sitting there for 2 hrs, he told me my money was funny because I was NOT paying about $3k for a 20 year old car with that about of miles on it, (419,000) to be exact - not only was he absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional, he told me I had to pay for my own 30 day tags if I HAD purchased the car from him, & he was trying to get me to pay AN ADDITIONAL $50 for an inspection on the vehicle that should have been done PRIOR to being sold to me, and this man literally screamed at me saying I don't know what I'm talking about, but if I paid the $2600 he would sell me fake tags for $50 dollars. This was the absolute worst experience ever, sitting outside in the heat, no correspondence for almost 2 hours, a complete waste of my time and money.
I don't recommend PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM OSMAN and to be quite frank, if you as a business owner allow someone to sell vehicles from your lot & scam people on the grounds of your establishment you're just as guilty, if not complacent. To know shady business practices are occuring at your place of business & you do NOTHING to rectify it, in fact you attempted to justify- it would seem from the outside looking in as though you condone it. And that's morally corrupt, bad for business and ILLEGAL.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Kenny's auto repair service. I just need to fix a simple door latch as picture below ? Despite being assured that I would be informed of any repairs before they were executed, I was shocked to discover that they had ordered and fixed a part without disclosing the price beforehand. To make matters worse, the total charge amounted to an exorbitant $440-$400, with Kenny claiming $250 for the part and $150 for labor. Upon further investigation, I found that other establishments charged significantly less for similar services, with the part available online for $135.
When I requested receipts to clarify the breakdown of charges, Kenny refused and became defensive, offering nothing but excuses. His unprofessionalism and lack of transparency left me feeling scammed and dissatisfied with the service. I urge others to exercise caution when considering Kenny's auto repair services, as my experience suggests questionable business practices and poor customer service.

Spoke with Kenny on the phone about the repairs he made to my son’s car. He was very disrespectful because I asked specific questions about the repair. He charged him $120 to tow the car 4 miles. He then charged him $230 to put a relay in the car. He said he changed the wire running to the starter but the wire running from the battery to the starter is the same as before the car went there. He said he repaired the taillight and there was no problem with the taillight before I took it there. He made my son write out his own receipt to just show the total price of $350, not itemized. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!!

The owner Kenny is very unprofessional. Prices advertised throw signs and what he communicates over the phone, is not the final price. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this dealership/repair shop. He tried to charge me $100 more than the service advertised. A business like the this does not need to service our community.

Kenny has my daughter Impala as we speak putting a engine in her car. He has assist us greatly. I can go on and on but there is no need just know his service is A plus and it speaks for itself. This place is great, the prices are reasonable and Kenny is a very honest man. I would recommend him for all of your car needs.

I just bought my son a car at Kenny Auto Sales. I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a great deal on a car. Kenny is honest and friendly plus you can’t beat the service and prices. I will definitely buy another car from Kenny in the future

Kenny is the man. Plain and simple. When other mechanics around town we're giving me the run around and trying to overcharge me for every little thing, kenny was a breath of fresh air. He is honest, fair and fast. The ONLY man in town I trust with my car wether it is an inspection or engine repair. I promise you won't find anyone more fair, or who does better work.
