love this place!! i’ve gotten so many necklaces from here and the staff is so helpful and sweet everytime. i recently went in the other day to see if they could fix my tarnished and damaged necklace and they replaced it for a brand new one! for free! i was very pleased.

This store is wonderful! My grandmother bought me a bracelet from here before she passed away, today when i was putting on the bracelet the chain snapped. I was really upset, I went to this store to see if they could fix it and they told me that even though they could not fix it sadly because of how it broke, nor did they sell the same piece of jewelry anymore… BUT they were willing to help me find a new piece I liked just as much and replace it for me. They did NOT have to do this for me but the fact that they did was incredible. I loved Kendra Scott before this because of their quality and affordable pieces but this really was the cherry on top. Thank you to everyone at this store!

Good customer service and friendliness is hard to find these days but let me tell you… the employees at this location have both! They truly went above and beyond to help me! Kendra Scott will continue to be my favorite spot to purchase beautiful pieces! Thank you to the wonderful staff who helped me!

I never heard of this brand before but apparently it's "very North Carolina" like. I was looking to pick up a couple pieces of jewelry for a Christmas present for my daughter. This store was poppin' they had wonderful charcuterie cones and some nice prosecco however nobody really "offered" it to me or welcomed me. I helped myself. I also pushed my way thru the crowd and quickly asked for help as I wanted to possibly make a custom piece. They ushered me to one saleslady who seemed to be really into her last customer and did not act like she had time for me. She picked out one piece and showed me and made a comment about my budget which we did not discuss so I'm not sure why. I ended up buying two pieces I saw on my way in and decided not to customize anything as I did not care for the service.

I came in looking for a necklace I found online. It was no longer available, BUT THEY FOUND SOMETHING BETTER FOR ME! They were amazing at suggesting what would work with a pendant I didn’t even buy from there. At the register, she took my info, hooked me up for my birthday, and then someone else hooked me up with a gift box! I love this place. Totally getting all the chains, rings, and things here. I bought a piece of jewelry to pick up in store. The ladies at the front were very kind and retrieved my purchase quickly. They even offered to gift wrap it. Such a great location and plenty of beautiful pieces of jewelry.

Always love shopping here but this recent experience makes me never want to buy jewelry anywhere else! I went to the Kendra Scott in Greensboro for the first time a week or two ago and I was very impressed. Sometimes with more high end stores you can feel uncomfortable or looked down on but here that is not the case. The staff is very friendly and helpful! They have a great variety and everything is great quality. I will definitely be purchasing more from this location.

Snobby employees at this location that barely acknowledge you. I was gifted a necklace for my birthday in august of last year, and it has tarnished very badly. In the past, this location has been great about correcting the problem. This is cheaply made jewelry that is marked up very high for it's quality. I went today to have the necklace replaced, or at the very least repaired and was turned away. I even offered to pay for a new chain. They told me they needed proof of purchase for the original. The necklace was a gift and was most likely purchased online, so I could not provide that. Very disappointed in today's experience with this location and will not be returning.

First time in Kendra Scott and I'm glad I stopped by. Had the best encounter with Courtney! She was very sweet & so fashionable and was just an all around pleasure! I was very glad to see someone in there that looked like me for a change. The other girls paid me no attention. But, I heard from friends that its typical for that store.
