If i could leave 0 stars i would. This location was great at first but recently went downhill. They tried to triple my full coverage for no good reason and wouldnt give an explanation just tried to blame corporate. I dont have any accidents or tickets only a few roadside claims. When i called about it the agents are very snobby and even when speaking with a female manager she said "there was no magic wand" she had to help me. They don't update the online portal so im unable to get any help but they make sure they have my money. No one here helps. 0/10 would not recommend. I will sed be canceling my policy here soon.

!!!!UPDATE!!!! Based on my most recent experience with this particular office, I am choosing to cancel my auto policy with them. It's due to multiple factors, first and foremost my monthly premium actually more than doubled from the original quote I was quoted. Secondly, we could have worked around that, except when somebody says they'll call me back I expect a phone call back. Instead I've had to call them back to get the answers I'm looking for. And my phone calls started a week ago and I'm still in the dark as to why my insurance premium more than doubled. I can speculate why, that's neither here nor there. I redact my previous statement that I would recommend this office or state farm in general. I infact do not recommend state farm or this particular agent office for your insurance needs.

So glad I chose State Farm for my auto insurance needs. All of the agents and staff are so helpful and courteous, and so easy to work with.. I was able to take care of everything over the telephone and all important documents were emailed to me promptly. And I saved money! I definitely plan to switch over my homeowners insurance as well. Thank you State Farm!

Been working with Kens State Farm group for a few years now. I have always had too many questions and they’re always willing to answer literally all of them! I would recommend them to anyone with any insurance needs!

My go-to person at State Farm is my girl, Stefenie! She gets the job done for you! I love her personality, the way she interacts with people and her caring attitude. We talk business and can laugh all at the same time! They all are great at this agency but Stefenie stands out!

I have had the best experience with this office! Stephanie Lopez is a saint! She is so friendly and unbelievably helpful! I have been dealing with Stephanie and this office for about 3 years in trying to get my father on Medicaid as he is in a nursing home, this is a very daunting task. Stephanie has always been a shining star and is always willing to help with anything I need and follows up really well!
