Our experience with Kelly Office Solutions has been far from satisfactory, marked by grossly inflated charges, unethical billing practices, and unacceptable installation procedures.
Firstly, we are being charged 40% more per month than we should be based upon the equipment and service plan we have. This discrepancy in billing is not only unacceptable but also indicative of a severe lack of transparency and integrity in their pricing policies.
Additionally, the setup of overage charges was clearly designed to benefit Kelly Office Solutions at our expense. The structure of these charges resulted in us paying thousands of dollars in overages, which were both unexpected and exorbitant. This practice feels deliberately exploitative and has caused significant financial strain on our operations.
Moreover, during the installation, technicians allowed machines to be plugged into outlets that were not designed to handle them. This not only demonstrates a lack of professionalism and technical competence but also poses potential safety hazards. Such negligence is inexcusable and further erodes our trust in this company.
As a small business, we rely on honest and fair dealings with our vendors. Unfortunately, our experience with Kelly Office Solutions has been the opposite. We expected a professional relationship built on trust and mutual benefit, but instead, we feel deceived, overcharged, and subjected to unsafe installation practices.
We hope this feedback helps other small businesses avoid what we are now going through.

I have been a customer for over 7 years now, and this company has always struggled to do what they say they will do. I have been oversold, overcharged, and they have underperformed. The rep I have currently assigned to me has given me information and made promises, and then proceeded to fail at fulfilling them. I let them know I was moving and my lease was up, and they had a pickup scheduled for over a week. They did not pick up the day of, they claimed they did not have the door code that was on the invoice, and when I alerted them midday, they did nothing to make sure it was removed. I will have to pay for additional lease time because of their lack of performance, and when I questioned the rep she told me I was throwing a tantrum. It is very frustrating, as I have referred multiple accounts to them for copier services. I do not like giving small businesses bad reviews, but this one is warranted.

Anytime we have an issue they respond quickly. Working in an office and having computer issues is stressful and can ruin your day. We are very appreciative to the young ladies who answer the phones and create a "ticket" for us and all the tech support who resolve our issues! Great work! Efficient! Friendly! Poor customer service here at my location. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because the water filtration system is very good quality. Otherwise, the service for their coffee machine and services are poor.

I highly recommend Kelly Office Solutions in Winston Salem. They have amazing customer service and work will with any company. They have amazing copiers and printers as well as IT Service and Document management. Now that they do coffee and water I can't recommend them enough. Great company!

Please stop coming by my place of business trying to badger me into getting a water filter system. This is at least four times in as many weeks and I'm very happy with the service that I currently have. Also trying to talk someone into a five-year long contract with FinePrint that screws you over if you have to end it early is no way to run a business
