I really enjoyed working for this company. My job description was first started out as a driver, than move up to a group leader within 3 months. I was a great group leader and presented leadership in the classroom every day with a smile on my face and my kids faces. I was at work all times during the pandemic even though my pay remained the same and I do feel my pay was not fair and did not get the chance to negotiate a pay raise other than that I had to resign from jwin. But they all will be truly miss especially my kids in the student age classroom. My reason for reevaluating the rating is this company did give me a chance when a chance was needed but not everyone is perfect and there's always room for improvement and I wish this company the best on improvement.Pros: Nice group of people to work withCon: turnover rate in the school age class room needs improvement as well as pay rate an hr

Poorly run daycare. Moved my son a month and a half after he started. One day they didn’t want to keep him because they had gotten my schedule mixed up. My coworker’s daughter was badly bruised and injured by a child. The teacher said she didn’t know what happened. I have also been calling for almost two weeks for my tax paper they said was emailed out. I have been promised everyday that someone will contact me or send it. I have left messages, my number, and my email. Not once has anyone reached out that can actually help. Ms Scroggins and whom ever else could care less about responding or doing their job. Not a good way to run any business, nevertheless, a daycare.

Horrible place that doesn’t supervise and mixes children with any age. Does not call you if an incident with your child occurs.

This daycare has the worst after school program. The staff do not care. The kids are out of control. They hit each other, curse all the time and have no respect. The lasts day my oldest was there a young after school student repeatedly hit a pregnant teacher in the stomach on purpose until she was in tears. The communication is only clear about payments. After speaking to staff about issues they started telling kids in front of my child to be good so they would not have to hear my mouth. There are constant staff changes. No one really knows what's going on. Worst daycare I have ever experienced. There was only one good teacher in the infant class. Add to that my car was robbed while I was picking my children up one night I had to work late. This was the first week we came. There was not concern. Not even a phone call to see if we were okay. Pick another place this is not a good one. I would give notice that almost all the good reviews have no name. I should have.

Run! I've been working in after school child care programs for over 10 years. This is by far the worst place I've ever been.During phone calls, staff hangs up in people's faces. Loud arguments occur in office between parents and staff. Physical threats made.Family owned and operated. The company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau.. no surprise there.

A state rated 5-star facility because of the teacher education, workmanship , the running of the business , sanitation, and safety. Safe learning environment and welcoming, would recommend to anyone. Bad reviews are certainly biased and unfactual.

So today started out as any other day with me taking my son to daycare as soon as we arrived there was a fire drill where the teacher thought it was more important to put on and tie a students shoe in front of the door and leave another student standing at the door bc he had no shoes on once the fire drill was over we went back in the building to finish getting ready for water day one child in my sons class did not have a change of clothes to get wet in so i went to my car and got some for him came back inside and went to my sons class to change the child's clothes mean while all the other student my child included was in the hall way one of his teachers came in the class room and took a seat in the class room the other teacher came in the class room as well leaving all her students in the hall with out any of there teachers the 4s class room and the school age student's and there teachers where also in the hall way once i finished getting the child dressed i took him to the hall with the other children and one of his teachers followed as i entered the hall way i heard a child screaming and saw a group of children at the lockers i instantly went to the lockers as well as the teacher that came out of the class room with me the first locker i opened had my yelling child inside if you know me i do everything i can to protect my child and this absolutely broke my heart to see my child scared and afraid don't ever send your child to this location
