My Laser Engraver, a Laser Pro Explorer II is considered obsolete. So, you guest it, trying to get replacement parts or information was "tough". However, it was suggested that I contact JorLink for possible tech support or at the least information about what the issue maybe with my laser engraver. I gave these guys a five star, "hurray". The process to get help was ez-pz. The company got back with me via the option I chose which was pretty quick. I spoke with there technician MackQ who was not only on point, but provided suggestions, a walk-thru of possible problems and narrowed down what the problem could be and on top of that provided emailed information as an additional follow-up. No pressure to purchase anything, just a great and knowledgeable technician that didn't talk over your head. I hope to have my laser up and running soon, 100% engraving for our church and ministries. Thank you.

Customer service is awesome. Specially Reggie Wright very knowledge about all their products. He helped me with my Roland LV-180 that I didn't purchase from them. All replacement part from the website is cheaper than most places. Just from 1 phone call and now have more understanding how my machine work and how to maintenance it better.

Jorlink continues to go above and beyond with their support to keep our laser up and running. We use our laser in a production environment cutting and engraving wood and acrylic with a lot of repetitive cutting. Sometimes 12 hours day. We rely on uptime of our machine and Jorlink always goes the extra step to make sure we have what we need to keep running in a timely manner. Their support is always there when we need it quick to offer suggestions and out of the box thinking to solve our problems.There may be other lasers out there, but Jorlink has customer service above and beyond anyone else even outside of their industry. We can all learn from Jorlink how customers should be treated.
