Emma at the cutting table was kind, knowledgeable, and talented!
Max (Matt?) was also a very well-versed staffer with a sunny disposition; both of these associates made our first visit simply lovely!
Tons of fabric was 70% off and we had a grand time getting the perfect fabrics for our projects. Thanks!

As always love my experiences at this Joann's, the staff is always so nice and excited to hear about your next project! My favorite gal at the cut counter helped me pick out more fabric for the quilt I'm making for my nephew. She's the best!

Returned something with receipt in unopened condition and was told I could only get cash or store credit when I paid credit. Very strange!! Sandra had an attitude and manager no help.

This is not the largest JoAnn store I've been in but it carries more than enough. The staff has always been friendly, helpful in finding what I am really looking for. Pricing is where it should be for most things. I like this store and enjoy my excursions there. The only down side to this (and any fabric store really) is the cut and then pay up front aspect. They staff is always shorthanded but cheerful and they try very hard. i would had preferred to give them a 4.5 score.

Bewared of purchasing gift cards. It’s a scam. You are charged for the gift card and given a gift card without any money on it

They don’t honor online sales and they were very rude about it. I walked out. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this store with rude employees. I will not return.

I had a great experience here! It was my first time at this joann's and found everything I was looking for. There was plenty of parking, and I received a friendly welcome when I walked in. They had a huge yarn selection, which is what I came there for. It wasn't as cheap as some other craft stores I've been to, but they always have a deal of some sort so I didn't pay full price. I'd recommend stopping by!
