Went to go get my jewelry cleaned in high at coins and stuff just to find out my necklace wasn't real ! PLEASE GO SOME WHERE WLSE FOR BUSINESS. Then tried to tell me I didn't pay the price the receipt said but the receipt clearly is from they're business ! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I would never recommend them to anyone. This is the second problem I've had with place since March 1st 2019 and no including that my necklace broke 2 times since I got and paid them $25 each time and had to wait almost 3 days both times .

My husband bought me a 14K gold round stone ring with diamond in October 2015. It has been 3.3 years that i hv had this ring on my finger. It still look gorgeous. There price are very good. I have never had a problem with Jewelry Center yet and hope it stays that way!

Had great service from MALIK when I went to the store looking for a duplicate ring one of their customers had lost her ring at a local park. I needed to find one and scan it with my metal detector to get the digital readout to get a better idea of what the number of the readout would be. He was there every step of the way and helped me with anything I needed! Thanks MALIK!!!!

I'll never shop there again! So unprofessional smh. Gave them a chain to be fixed, was told it would be 4-5 business days...cool! Get there on the 5th day just to find out it was never sent off to be fixed�. Then was told to wait 3 more days for. Third day came, no phone call! I call the next day(today), on come get it this evening. Get there and now we can't get it back cause the owner never handed me back my ticket when we showed up the first time and now doesn't remember that for some reason. Now when he does give it back, it's a problem cause they can't keep up with anything or do what they're supposed to do in the first place! I'll stick with shopping at Kay from now on �

I shop here on the regular and stoped in to the salon spa place today and they wanted to charge me 65 dollars for ombre and then when i asked for the same design in sns powder when sns is suppose to be 35$ and 2$ for design they said no it would still be be 65! I pay for my nails every week but 65 bucks for sns ombre style omg im astonished i had it done but wont be going back

They sell fake jewelry and try to pass it off as real. I spent 1700 on an engagement ring. And it is fake. Can't get any reply from them and they won't return a phone call. Don't buy anything from them. Ever
