Her postings for inlet ave, after an offer was made, she change to multiple offer to make more commissions, unethical behavior, do not recommend. If post sale need to be clear and follow through, not make changes on the flyNo la recomiendo, no es etica en loa negocios., im aware of best practices and postings need to be precise if best offer, need to be clear from get go, this is not an auction. Not deleting post.

Jessica showed us no less than 40 homes over the course of 6 months in the craziest time of real estate history. This is the second home we’ve bought with Jessica and won’t ever use anyone else. She is amazing at her job and goes above and beyond no matter what!

Jessica was very knowledgeable in her trade and if she was unsure of an answer, she knew who to call to find the right answer. A lot of issues were handled and I didn’t have to be bothered with them. She asked for all info upfront about anything we wanted so she could better benefit us. So much so that the first house she sent us and showed us was the perfect fit.

Jessica is not only a good agent but a good person. I felt like she truly cared for my happiness and she can read you and how you are feeling. I searched for houses in 3 different cities and she did all the work, sent me links, and gave me tips along the way. She ALWAYS answers your questions and take cares of you. We sold our home through Jessica in October of 2021. Zero exaggeration when I say that it was a seamless process. Jessica is prompt, professional, and so easy to communicate with. We weren’t her only clients (in fact, we were one of many actively selling/buying with her at the time) but she treated us like we were. It was such a hands off process and I so appreciate that.
