Salon Opens At 11am On Sundays. Although I Was A Walk-In, I Arrived Around 11:45am. Salon Lights Were On, But No Stylists Available. I Asked Someone In The Department Next To The Salon If They Were Open, But Was Later Told That The Master Stylist Called In But Someone Else Would Be There Around 12pm And Another Stylist At 4pm. The Stylist Arrived After 12pm. She Had A Customer Waiting On Her And Proceeded To Service Her. Disappointed That The Stylist Looked Right At Me, No Let Me Rephrase This, Looked Through Me, Made No Attempt To Ask If She Could Assist Me. This Was Probably GOOD Fortune On My Behalf. A Serependity Moment For I Have Found An Independent Stylist And Have An Appointment Set For Hair Services. There's No Need To "Give Your Money" To A Place That Doesn't Even See You As A Potential Or A Repeat Customer. Thanks JCPSalon, I Will NOT Be Back!

The lady in the front desk she did the appointment with the Keisha at2:30pm we went 2:15pm there and Keisha said your appointment at 3:30pm you have to wait

I found some pretty good bargains today. Shoes, dress, and sweaters. I love going to the lower level for the Clearance sales and racking up. Great deals.

I visited here at 5:20pm on a Sunday afternoon to help my brother shop for a beige suit jacket and a vest to match with some pants he already had. The Mens department was upstairs, which you can take the escalators inside the store There weren't many suit jacket or vest options for big and tall. We did see a few items in beige but not in his size. Unfortunately, we left here empty handed. I will add that they had some items online but in store pick up wasn't an option and he needed it ASAP and he was going to a wedding. They need to increase their product line for suit items, especially for big and tall. It just seems like their product offering has diminished. I remember a few years ago I got SEVERAL colorful blazers from here at a great price.

The women are professional, gentle, respectful and pleasant. They are experienced hair stylist that make their customers look great. I felt light and free and pretty.

Stylists must remember if they are trying to build their ticket by doing add-on services, it is IMPORTANT to inform the customer of what you're doing and what the cost is. You cannot add services and assume someone can pay for those added services. They'll end up doing the work for free and it'll be their own fault. I worked in a jcpenney salon for years as a master stylists so I know how it works.

Great store! I've always had a following for stores built in the 1970s, and this is a prime example why. First off, the elevators. This store contains a pair of two 1974 Dover hydraulic elevators than got their buttons replaced some time before the 2010s. They are large, and well-proportioned. Second, the layout. I've always liked JCPenney layouts, and this is no exception. Easy to find what you want, and pure. Overall, this is a great store serving Greensboro since 1974.

I was wondering why JCP salon had such a low rating but I have experienced it for myself and know why. I just waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time for my appointment that was scheduled and confirmed 2 days ago. When I came in the receptionist said it would be about 10-15 minutes wait bc the stylist previous appointment arrived late. After the initial 15 minutes I was not addressed anymore and waited patiently while the receptionist made 2 more appointments later today for the stylist I've been waiting to assist me, unacceptable. This is exactly why I prefer to style my own hair compared to wasting my day away at any salon. Very disappointed.

I asked for my daughter to have her bangs cut. The lady cut them way too short and even cut into the sides of her hair making her sides short way above the top of her ears. Her bangs look like the character from the movie d*** and dumber.The lady their ruined my daughter’s hair. It’s probably going to take months to fix.
