Terrible experience. One of the worst I’ve ever had . Room full of older white women . Unprofessional and rude to say the least . My actual tax ”expert” didn’t know much . The women was so loud the entire office could hear all of my personal business. She made me very uncomfortable with her questioning that wasn’t on the form . For example “ can I prove my daughter lives with me if the irs comes to investigate?” I’ve never been asked that . I said yes and laughed it off . She reiterated the question and added are you sure you’ll be able to provide a social or birth certificate?”Unpleasant . 0/5 stars . Put my taxes on hold and am never going back .

I appreciate the work your staff does and i will certainly return next year. The lasy that did my taxes was excellent, answered ant questions i had and explained them. The lady that did my taxes was Erie Bittle. I will request to have her do my taxes again next year. She was so pleasant and professional.

Natalie Kauffman is one of the worst people to deal with. I went with h&r block for an easy way of doing my taxes. Asked multiple questions that she never answered. Avoiding answering any question I had. Changed my return from direct to mail. Then mailed it to the wrong address. Worst experience I have ever had and still don't have my return. I wonder if h & r block will help me get my return now.

Natalie has made our taxes harder and more complicated than they would have been if we filed them ourselves. Hard to reach, sent the tax return by mail instead of direct deposit like my husband asked, and sent them to a previous address. We’ve been waiting for a month only to find out they are in some persons mail. Thanks for being no help!

Linda and H&R Block where truly wonderful and professional and helped us with our 2020 taxes “which where a mess (between furloughs, unemployment’s, 401K distribution, etc etc).....” She told us what to do and guided us in the right direction...We also ended up getting money back, thank you so much Linda. 5 Stars
