I like them and they have great selection. What I didnt like is that they seem to target the younger shoppers. I suggest that they look outside of their own demographic circle and help everyone who walks into the store. (You just might be missing an opportunity to have a large $$$ sale because you didn’t pay attention to who was shopping!!)

The last few times I’ve been in they have had pretty decent sales and is a go to for basics like hoodies and tees.

I've never shopped here before. I was looking for something cute to wear to a comedy show. I browsed around & found a few things. The try on room lady wasn't friendly but wasn't rude. She was just there handing out tags. I quickly tried on my items and made my way to the cashier. The cashier was friendly & told me that I was shopping on the "teenager side". Huh? I didn't know there was a young woman side and a mature woman side, but whatever. I bought 2 shirts and went on my way. It wasn't the worse shopping experience. They have something for kids, men, and women. I was able to find something cute and be on my way. I recommend the store for the most part.

I visited this store and encountered a very unfriendly employee. I could tell I was going to have an issue when I approached her. She already had a scowl on her face. I literally did her job and tried to greet HER with a friendly “hello” in hopes to not be on the receiving end of whatever had her mad at the world. She wasn’t pleasant, or welcoming and did not add anything positive to my shopping experience. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience as I tried on clothes. Maybe she thought I was going to put 10 outfits in my 8 inch cross bag or something. It’s no wonder shops are closing in Four Seasons Mall. Why go into a store to receive poor customer service when you can just shop online without dealing with rude employees. I know complaining to the store will do NOTHING because there’s no care or pride in customer service anymore. I’ll definitely shop online next time or shop somewhere where business matters.
