I usually just stick to Delta 8, but I purchased a HHC cart a few days ago to try it out. Smelled and tasted like gasoline and gave me an instant migraine and stomachache, it was really awful. I went to try to exchange it for my normal kind the next day and was told there was nothing they could do because all sales are final and it would mess up their inventory. She didn't even try to fix it or offer anything, just apologized and shrugged at me . I used to go a couple times a month, but I won't be going back.

Wonderful place to buy hemp products. I went in not knowing what to get as I was new to hemp products as a whole and the ladies that were working there were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't ask the name of the lady that help me but she was great and help me pick the right gummies I wanted to try. Even got a freebie.

Very disappointed in my visit. So first, an older white man checks out and is offered a free pre-rolled cbd joint. The couple after him was a black and was not offered the free item. After that, I checked out and was not offered the free item. The employee was a young white girl. Do the math.2/17: Revisited this place, since a family member wanted cbd. Well, I guess the new fad is delta 8 and there cbd selection is minimum. In the way out, I looked at their cbd bud / flower. It was all brown, and no, it wasn’t a greenish color. I’m pretty sure it isn’t supposed to be brown.

Went to store this past Saturday. Definitely lacking customer service. Tried to get assistance on a few products and the guy at the counter was too busy doing pre rolls to help so we thought until his friends came in the store which he immediately helped. We left immediately after without buying anything. I would say go to one of the other stores where you are appreciated as a customer and will get the help and knowledge you need to make the right choice.

No lie, Best Hemp Store in Greensboro! I go here for all my hemp needs, specifically Delta-8! They have the BEST High Quality D8 flower and pre-rolls! All Hemp XR stores in GSO are great but the Lawndale store in particular is GOAT’d. They stay up-to-date on products and usually get the newest Hemp & D8 strains available first before ANYONE in Greensboro. They keep a wide variety of strains that many hemp stores in the area do not even have except Hemp XR. They are also very knowledgeable of their products. My guy with the beard who works the counter gets me right every time!!!

Kind and helpful staff - Store is inherently flawed by not listing pricing on product. So after being told pricing on standard items you may be surprised to find that some of the packaged product is triple the cost of behind the counter items. Don’t put yourself in the same awkward situation!
