Hayleigh stood out to me with how well it's up keep and how the leasing consultant took his time and was very knowledgeable and listen to my concerns I was really impressed by him taking action to provide the best information to me ! I appreciate you for that ! Thank you for the great experience

I gave 5 stars because my experience with this company has been great ! From my first inquiry to my application then my signing of my lease ! When I first reached out it was very early before I was planning to move but Kezia made sure to keep in contact with me to check in up until it was my time to move ! The process was easy and simple ! The introduction when you come view your apartment and my lease signing was over my expectations! The unit I rented is beautiful and perfect! The community is nice , clean , and very well maintained. The front office is always keeping us updated on events and they make sure the rules are followed which I appreciate! The area has easy commutes to work and so many stores close by ! Very nice area all around ! I am very pleased here and so glad I made the decision to move here !

Poor experience with the management at Hayleigh overall. I stayed there for more than 2 years June 2021- Feb 2024. The previous management was worse and staff very rude, reluctant to talk if any issues come up. Hoped the new management was better. They had not refunded my security deposit for 4 months after I moved out. Of course I tried contacting them multiple times by phone and email but not responsive in a timely manner. Mind, they charge you late fees if their rental fees is late even by couple of days....

The response of Hayleigh village is very bad. One month after vacating they gave final statement with lease termination fee of $423, after 60 days they gave second final statement of lease termination fee of $1875. Not sure what made them to change the lease termination fee from $423 to $1875. Even I called them to discuss this matter but unfortunatily they hanged the phone during conversation. I felt very bad about their response. If hayleigh village Management want to know more about this, I am happy to discuss

I stopped by this property in search of a 1 bedroom but I was definitely leaning towards the 2 bedroom by the time I left. Alana the leasing consultant was very nice and welcoming and gave me a plethora of different availabilities that fall within my move in date range. I loved the pool with the screened sitting area and need I say movie theater...?! Alana showed me the Preakness unit and I can say she really helped me envision what I possibly could add to the dining area space. I love the outside storage on the balcony as I have a lot of tools. I also like that there is a storage or garage accessible if I wanted to add that on. Overall the grounds were very clean and all the staff and maintenance were welcoming. Even on the tour, residents were waving and saying hello and all I can say is I am impressed. I will certainly keep this place on my list!!

Worst rental experience of my life. I’ve lived in several apartments this was by far the WORST!! DO NOT MOVE HERE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!

I've lived here a total of 4 years now and absolutely love it. The property managers promptly respond and the maintenance team is the best!
I also feel very safe here, which is extremely important!
I only give it 4 stars because there are too many kids running around and don't pay attention when they run in the street. I am always nervous driving through the neighborhood.
Other than that, it really is a great place to be!

Office management was very rude and changed my move in date 3 times! Because of their inconsistency (which was a huge inconvenience and they did not care at all), I chose to move elsewhere. Once approved, you have 24 hours to pay the deposit. It has been 2 months, and I still not received my deposit and fees back! I have emailed and called and still no response.

I love this place !The application process was explained thoroughly. Special thanks to ?Mary Anne?. She made us feel like family in the office from day 1. She answered all of my questions and I had a lot?. The whole office staff is helpful and priceless.

I had a good leasing experience! Got to tour my apartment before signing which was nice. I really like my apartment so far, spacious and cute and has fresh paint. Jody took care of me & my millions of questions!

Awful leasing experience! I applied for and apartment, I paid the application fees and the security deposit. After one week, I called to follow up my application process (nobody called me) and I found out that the apartment that I applied for was not longer available.They just decided to assign a different apartment with totally different leasing conditions without asking me! That was so disrespectful.When I tried to get my money back they said that the application fee is not refundable. How is that possible? I applied for an apartment that was not longer available AFTER I paid.They changed the apartment without consulting me, they advertised an apartment that was not available, it was their fault, not mine.
