Was in and out in about 2 hours. Pretty good for a grocery warehouse. My appointment was for 0700 arrived at 0600 and got a door at 0715 and unloaded , lumper paid and bills in the rear of trailer and out at 0900. Park in lot on left at Distribution Dr and walk to security guard for further instructions. The will call you with a door # There are 2 sets of docks. 1 is past security and the other set is around the front of the warehouse which the will staple directions on how to get around there and is very simple. The other security guard on the front side will tell you where your dock is located. Go to your dock, open your doors and put your bills in the back of the trailer. Once they are finished you will receive a text with the unload fee if any. Click the link for Capstone electronic payment system and pay. When you get a receipt your signed bills will be in the back of the trailer. Very simple

CAPSTONE LUMPER SERVICE, they are a bunch of macheteros and good at collecting, my appointment was at 10 at night, five hours later they tell me that I have not paid for my unloading service, I show them, I leave the door, three pallets were lowered They didn't belong to them, they took them up and made a mess, they left them separated, a space between each other, out of square and they also broke one of my pallets, it's about to fall, I complain to them and they give me the door again, but what a need, If they had to put them back in my truck, why not do it right, they do everything the wrong way, but I'll take the crap, they're already keeping me awake and I'm already late for my other appointment, from Greensboro NC to Manassas VA ?

Who ever built this warehouse is a total dumbassss for not thinking about truck drivers and the amount of space they have to back up into docks! Be caution when getting doors 121-126. Not meant for big trucks!
