Clerks working throughout store were pleasant and helpful. Hugh selection for variety of ages (not just mature women!) Love their clearance racks and WOW specials. Checkout clerk had had a rude customer just before me in line; she was ruffled a bit but certainly didn't take it out on me!

Lots of good deals to be had. Narrow spaces between racks and narrow isles make the place feel cramped, but this is a larger store with what appears to be an overabundance of selections.

Bought a pair of $95.00 sketchers for $42.00. Wife bought $100.00 worth of clothes and shoes for $45.00. Great values.

USED to be a great place to shop and get good deals. This year bought an early Christmas gift (which would have been perfect) for someone that I only see one time a yr. Exchanged gifts as usual, and the electronic gift I bought them DID NOT have the charger in the box. There was just an empty place in the hole the charger belonged. I looked extremely stupid, but how was I to know that I needed to pre-open their gift to ensure that the charger was in the box!?!?!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My grandmother had asked for help and I caught the employee making fun of her to another employee. She was extremely disrespectful and continued to talk badly about others in another part of the store. She has no patience for the elderly when she’s only 5 years off that age herself. The Hamricks store isn’t for her if she dislikes their target audience. She’s unprofessional and disrespectful towards my grandmother and when I went to talk to a manager, I had just missed them because they went on lunch. She apologized to me when I spoke up to her but I’m not the one she made fun of. My grandmother is completely unaware of the situation.

I stopped by here around 7:30pm on a Saturday evening. I have bought an item a couple months ago from the location in Winston, and one of the pieces was not working. The main purpose for this visit was to exchange the item. Inside, I ended up browsing. The layout is much different from Winston. None of us, it is a large store. I found the item to return/exchange. Their return and exchange policy says items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days with their receipt. Unfortunately, I was maybe a week past six today, Mark. However, I was able to exchange it utilizing the no receipt option. The cashier was friendly \\u0026 patient. While there, I did get a few more battery operated lights in preparation for hurricane season. I also saw some seat covers for my couch and recliner. However, they were too small and I need to go back and return them. I will be sure to do so before 60 days so that I can get a refund. Check out wasn’t that bad. Overall, not a bad experience. They have so much items across various departments. If you haven’t been to a location yet, you need to go.
