The young ladies working there should be advised of customer service, definitely didn't feel comfortable there. However, Daniel greeted every customer and asked if assistance was needed.

I liked this place. It's in the middle of Greensboro and they pack a lot in this space that they're in. They had a lot of unique things that I could find there and picked up a couple of packets of seeds for this upcoming year. The staff are super friendly. Although they didn't have what I originally went in for, I did end up making a purchase... That is no surprise ?

Always great customer service. Employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We had one of our potted plants stolen and they replaced it at the sale cost. Truly appreciated.

5 star experience, for real, these people know their stuff. I brought in a plant, it was gifted to me, just there asking for info about it, and the guy knew all about it and how to care for it and he helped set it up to thrive and I couldn't be happier now that I have the confidence to care for this plant. (It's a money tree! Did you know they store water in their trunks? I honestly had no idea.) I brought my 1½ yr old daughter and she loved on Libby the cat. Very friendly place. We'll be back!

Very pleasant experience overall. Everyone is mostly helpful, until I went to check out at the register. The cashier was quite rude, and did not want to answer any of my questions about the soil I was trying to inquire about. As I was filling out my rewards information she also moved the computer screen away from me before I finished. Also took my card from my hand to hurry me up and pay.
