Needed emergency air in my tire. We had just left the sheetz off of West Market St. in Greensboro from using there air pump, which ended up taking air out instead of putting air in. So we went to Greensboro Tire and they were of exceptional help and also checked the tire throughly and said we had a slow leak and patched it for free. I will definitely go back again if ever needed too.

Took my truck here and they said it doesn't fit on the alignment rack because it was too big. I've never had that problem before and it was a big waste of time.

Honest shop. Didn’t charge me for an alignment because there was an underlying issue due to a previous accident precluding aligning the rear toe. Took the time to discuss the underlying issue. Referred me to a good body shop and even gave me a 10% discount on what they did do due to not being able to align the car. I’ll be happy to give them business again.

Check engine light was on my 2003 Toyota Camry. They diagnosed it had a miss fire on cylinders 3 and 4. Plugs were bad replaced plugs and wires as well as a motor mount. Car runs like new. I would highly recommend Greensboro Tire and Auto to my friends. Thanks again for great service and I will continue to give you my business.

I have been dealing with this business for about 15 years now , thanks to a friend. She told me that these guys were awesome and did not take advantage of people. Tim and Mike will go out of their way to help you.Today I met Jake and he was just as helpful on the phone as well as in person. I recommend this business to all my friends. If you are a person of color do not go to this place beware these people are racist me and my wife sat here for 4 hours and they did not fix our car they lied but all the persons of Caucasian race went before us please if you are a person of color do not go here
