Wish I could give NO stars on this review. Been trying to get a REFUND FOR OVERPAYMENT FOR OVER SIX MONTHS NOW. So far I've made 6 calls to Greensboro Path with promises for the refund to no avail. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely terrible billing department which kept sending bills after I gave them all information requested( which the doctor's office certainly had and I'm sure conveyed to Greensboro Pathology)over a period of 14 months!! They did not file with my insurance company until 14 months after service date, so insurance will not pay and I as insured, DO NOT OWE! They turned my account over to collections anyway, so now I'm attempting to clear that up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PATHOLOGY SERVICES. I did not choose them to begin with; the doctor's office used them and I've been hassled by this for over 16 months due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THEM! I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and other consumer rights groups also. Responsible,honest consumers should not be treated this way

I never received a bill or phone call from a human about owing a bill. They turned the bill over to collections who had no trouble getting ahold of me to let me know I had a medical debt in the middle of me trying to buy a house. If Greensboro Pathology Associates cared about what they were doing to people, maybe they would make real attempts to get ahold of people for measely bills of $161. What a terrible way to run a business and hope nobody ever uses them again.

Terribly run lab and billing! I received an EOB from my insurance saying I was going ot have to pay Greensboro Pathology so I reached out to Greensboro Pathology multiple times for a copy of my invoice and never heard back. My insurance reached out to them and they had no record of me as a patient. They then sent me a bill 5 months later and when I have tried to reach out to them AGAIN they still have not answered. Avoid them at all costs!

The facility might be lovely, but I got a robocall regarding a bill I have not received, before I learned the biopsy results. The 800 number I was told to call was clueless, told me to call the local office. They told me to call the 800 number. I still haven't received a bill.

The medical services here may be very good, but their billing policies are in the dark ages.
