Wish I could give NO stars on this review. Been trying to get a REFUND FOR OVERPAYMENT FOR OVER SIX MONTHS NOW. So far I've made 6 calls to Greensboro Path with promises for the refund to no avail. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The facility might be lovely, but I got a robocall regarding a bill I have not received, before I learned the biopsy results. The 800 number I was told to call was clueless, told me to call the local office. They told me to call the 800 number. I still haven't received a bill.

The medical services here may be very good, but their billing policies are in the dark ages.
