I have gone into this store multiple times to purchase items for my elderly grandparents and other family members, and I am blown away by the incredible kindness and service. Renea and Mark are two of the sweetest people I have ever met. I am so grateful for Greensboro Discount Medical Supply!

Such an outstanding business. Calls and emails are answered quickly and all employees are kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me how to adjust a wheelchair and safely negotiate curbs and load it into the car.

On Thursday, April 27, 2023, my husband and I went to Greensboro Discount Medical Supply (on 2310 Battleground Ave., Greensboro). We were shopping for a 16-oz. pump bottle of Biofreeze pain relief gel. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have that particular size in stock. Because we needed the pain relief gel today, we instead bought a 4-oz. tube which will suffice until we can get the size that we want.Rene was the sales associate that was assisting us today and she was very helpful and very friendly. When we finished looking at the Biofreeze gels, I asked Rene if they sold compression gloves for arthritis and she said that they did indeed sell them. She guided us to the section where the gloves were hanging on the wall. The price was a bit more expensive than I was willing to pay (I knew I could find compression gloves elsewhere for about half the price). Rene was very understanding of my decision and in no way acted condescending for me wishing to save a little money. That really made me feel good!When we got to the register to pay for the gel, Rene informed us that she would be more than happy to write our name and phone number down and we would receive a call when their stock of the Biofreeze 16-oz. pump bottles came in. So, we had her write our information down in a book that apparently the store maintains for special customer orders.The store had a variety of medical related products and supplies. There was another sales associate working at the register alongside Rene. She was helping another customer with the products he was purchasing and this associate was also very helpful and friendly like Rene was toward us.I would definitely return to this medical supply store.
