Acura had me driving a car for almost two months that's not registered in my name. I was also called by prior financial institution about my payment on a car that traded almost 2 months ago. They also offered multiple deals and not one was upheld. I don't want to play the race card but if I had not had melanin in my skin my experience would have been professional and rewarding. They had me signing the same paper over and over. So I suspect that they altered the contract without me knowing. Upon request they were unable to explain what these documents were for. It seems as if Crown Acura is corporate level scam. Please, go spend your money elsewhere.

I can't speak for their sales department, but Greensboro Acura's service department is horrible. I noticed some drops of oil in our driveway and then a small pool of oil in the garage after a recent oil change/service at Greensboro Acura. I inspected underneath the car and found that the drain plug was loose. I returned the car to the dealer, explained the situation and requested a fresh oil change (it had lost 1/2 quart, which I topped off). After a lengthy wait, the SA came out and said the car was ready. When asked about the service performed, he told me they only tightened/re-torqued the drain plug. I asked to see the write up for the service, he had not written this up. I then demanded that it be written into their system and that they perform a fresh oil change, which they then performed (with another lengthy wait). I've had all of our scheduled services performed at Crown (now Greensboro) Acura. After the loose drain plug incident, and now that we're out of powertrain warranty, I decided it was time to change my own engine air filter. I went to change it last week and noticed two of the bolts holding the air filter cover were LOOSE! Now I'm concerned that past rear diff, transmission, etc services were botched as well. This is elementary level stuff when it comes to car maintenance. I'm disgusted by their ineptitude and deceitfulness. I would give zero stars if that were an option and I am now looking for alternate service locations for our RDX. Avoid Greensboro Acura for service at all costs.

I had an appointment for 9:30am they gave me 10 pages of recommendations but could not change my air filter correctly. It had arrows on it to inform you to place it in correctly and the did not put the shelf back on they just placed it in the glove department and that costed me $78.85, I left at 11:28am. I was not satisfied with the service today,

It’s always excellent service when I go. But the service manager needs more people friendly skills. I’m a very loyal customer there. I would hate to move business somewhere else and stop recommending other people to go there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Over 2 hour wait time for scheduled appointment, another 1.5 hours for “inspection” and additional 1.5 hours for actual work done. Lack of communication regarding the time it was taking and very little apology with an off hand attitude for the length of time for appointment. 3 hour round trip for us to the dealership. A total of 8 hours for brake service. Never again!Service: Brakes

We had an appointment for 10am for an oil change for our MDX. Upon arrival, the service advisor Kasey was informed that we were pressed for time; therefore, we waived the free car wash and replacing fluid in the rear end. There was one other person sitting in the waiting room. After around 11am, another couple came in and sat down In the waiting room.The person ahead of us was called back to be informed he needed new tires. He declined due to his long wait. By 11:30am, the couple who came in after us was called to retrieve their car. We then asked Kasey, the service advisor, about the status of our vehicle. She began to talk to us as if we had no right to question her. She told us there were others in front of us and they were short staffed, information she failed to communicate to us upon our arrival. When we informed her that we were pressed for time and if we would have known that info in the beginning we could have rescheduled, she rudely says 'We're done' as if she was telling us to get away from her. I told her I would speak to her manager in which she encouraged me to, as if this was normal for her. We have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership in the past in which we drive almost an hour away. This will be our last time

I wish I could give negative stars. Dealing with Crown Acura has been a NIGHTMARE. Buying experience was great BUT 32 days after we bought our van the head gasket blew due to a bad water pump. The water pump was replaced by the dealership at the end of February along with the timing belt. It's sickening that the work wasn't done correctly and now I'm having to pay so much out of pocket for this repair before our first payment is even due. Your service department quoted us $6,900 before I even asked for a discount! $6,900 repair just for the head gaskets on a Honda Odyssey we bought 32 days prior!!! The vehicle was like $17,000 and now a repair that almost costs half of the price of the vehicle. I'm so upset. We went there trusting them because we have 3 children including one who just got out of the NICU at Duke at the time of purchase. They knew we needed this vehicle to get to appointments. They offered a discount but wouldn't tell me what they would do until I got it towed there (more money out of my pocket). 5/25/22 - And now a cracked cylinder head. I understand that you can't help because we took to a different mechanic but why would we trust your mechanics when multiple things have slipped through the cracks before you sold us the van? So let's see... *Replacing the timing belt/water pump *Head gaskets *Cylinder head *Thermostat Y'all quoted $6,900 for just the head gaskets I can't imagine how much y'all would've charged for all of this work. I will never recommend Crown Acura to anyone. I would be ashamed that you would do this to a family that has a newborn. We can't even get him to the doctor now because we are fixing our vehicle. We trusted y'all. And you don't care.

Totally lacking in customer service. Made an appointment for regular service. After we had been there a while we were told they did not have either of teh air filters in stock. We were told we would have to come back and the filters would be back the next day. Three days later we return, and surprise, surprise, they told us the filters were out of stock. They asked if someone had told us to come in. I explained we were here three days ago and we were told the filters would be in. That's why we made a second appointment. This time a guy said he was a new service tech and the young lady that told us the filters would be in was off today. He threw her under the bus quickly. The whole time the service "manager" was sitting in her office listening and doing NOTHING! Go ANYWHERE else. this place shouldn't be in business long with this kind of leadership.

I can honestly say working with all the people at Crown Acura was the most pleasant experience I have ever had, dealing with car salesman. I went one afternoon after work and look at 5 different cars. I narrowed it down to two cars, then my salesman help me make a decision, that was very helpful to me. I was very pleased with the help I had in financing my car,it was a pleasant experience. In my past, experiencing in dealing with car sales people it was like dealing with a huge headache. I want to truly thank all the people at Crown Acura for making my car buying experience a pleasant one. When you are ready to buy a used car, I highly recommend Crown Acura for the best well mannered, people I have ever dealt with.
