Quick service, friendly staff. I wanted to let my hair grow out but did not know what style to have. Let the hair dresser know that I wanted it to be simple and not have to use any chemicals to keep it in place. She went to work and it came out great.

Just visited Greatclips on Flemming road for getting a haircut for my son. He was give a haircut by Jessica.The moment she started she was rude and kept ignoring what I was saying and kept on asking the kid.She started going way shorter what we asked for and when I asked , she said she confused as both of us were asking different things.Also kept adding and she spoke to my kid that she had a bad childhood and she was sorry that he has the same too.I heard her say every moms nightmare words and I said sorry that she has go through that but not speak to my kid such ways and she asked me to go out of the store or she will call the police.I asked her name for review and her managers contact but she was ok with all guess she believes this is not a big deal. Never going to that place again or recommend it to anyone.

Natasha turned my aging, thinning hair into a sassy supermodel bob cut!!! She did such a great job that I sent my husband to get his cut too! We will not be going anywhere else to get our hair cut, thanks Natasha!!!

We moved to Summerfield a few months ago and the Great Clips on Fleming Rd. is the closest to us now so I started taking my son. We met Jessica who was welcoming friendly and did an amazing job!!! My son said it was the best hair cut he’s ever had and it’s the first person who listened to what he wanted. That means a lot coming from an 11 year old! We will definitely be coming back! Checked in on 5/30 and got phenomenal service from Erika. She took her time, did a really great job and asked all sorts of questions about preferences on my cut. It really felt like I was in a high-end salon. She was also very friendly and made great conversation while I got my haircut. I would highly recommend this stylist and will be sure to ask for her by name next time.

The hair dresser was talking about chem trails????? In the moment she had gotten so into it that she cut off half of my hair. Before we realized that this place was crazy it was to late to leave.

I am usually happy with the cut I receive at Great Clips it. There's been a few times where a newbie cuts my hair, and it wasn't good, but that doesn't happen often. They are friendly and helpful and you can't beat the price.

Asked for bangs, layers, and face framing. Came out looking like nothing had been done, even went to a different salon the next day and they were surprised when I told them I what I had asked for from my stylist. She was already removing my cape when she asked if I wanted anything else. Was maybe in the chair for a total of 10 minutes. She also did not try at all to carry conversation with me, so if I didn't say anything neither did she. Overall an awful experience that made me feel very unwelcome and a waste of money and time. Wish I could put her name in the review, but she didn't tell it to me.Kicking myself for paying at all.Service: Haircut
