the first time I was there for hair cut two months ago , the stylist did very good job and i really love it. however, I went there again to great clips yesterday for hair cut , there is a new Stylist who did the hair cut for myself yesterday. she did not do her job well, the hair cut was not even, and she spent less time on hair cut compared to the previous visit, I was not satisfied at all. Next time I would pick the other stylist who did really a good job.

Went to great clips on Wanamaker rd in topeka, ks. At 1:05 p.m. 11/29/21. Nobody waiting. They..said..I had 7 ahead of me. Then clerk says rudely..do you want me to check you in.or not?! I tell her, not with your attitude, and left.

Bad experience, the lady who cut my stepson’s hair she doesn’t know how to cut hair. I asked for an specific style and she did another totally different. I explained to her twice with picture on hand and she did not gets it. I’m giving it one star because there is not a zero to chose. Great Clips is not a great place to go to get your hair cut done, just saying.

Didn't sign in on app...was told we had a 112 min wait but the lobby was empty. Every time someone would finish, the stylist would dissappear until the next appointment came in. I will never use Great Clips in Hendersonville TN again.

Had a horrible experience at the Great Clips in Mountain View NC. People were rude had to wait for a very long time even though the app said come over now we will be ready for you in 15 minutes. I made a complaint and was called by customer service who I feel was a third party. Customer service was incredibly nice and said they would have the owner call so I could explain what happen. I said, I'm an owner of two successful businesses and will be happy to help. That was 6 days ago and still no call from the owner. I have found in the 31 years that I have owned my own businesses and a lifetime of going into other business that if you have an owner who doesn't care and they dont put extremely strong leadership in place then none of your employees will care.

Not impressed with the one in Simpsonville SC! today at all!! The lady that cut my Grandson 's hair today got all up in business that was not her place today! She told my daughter she needed to get my grandson the vaccine, said he did not be in school without it, wanted to know why he is in the grade he is in, told my daughter she is the parent ,not his Teacher.( He is Homeschooled}. There is a lot more according to my Daughter , which brought her to tears!!!This person needs not to be working with the public!!!

So at 1241 Barton street east unit 10, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada my wife went to this store and has been going there for numerous years, she went there to get my 4yr old sons hair cut, over the course of the visit there was a discrepancy over 34 cents bringing the haircut to 20.34$ my wife had to call a neighbor who was 15 minutes to bring her a dollar to cover the cost, her hair stylist was Megan at the store. I find this widely concerning that the company would have discrepancy over 34 cents. I called earlier this morning to talk the owner about this and it took 11 hours for a reply. The owner did nothing stating pricing cannot be changed which I find to be widely a lie, and the owner did nothing to provide me with any sort of relief to return to the store in question. So with this in mind, and nothing being done and seeing how the company has a discrepancy over 34 cents I will be seeking further action.

I went to Great Clips in Union New Jersey on Route 22 on July 27, 2021. A black women barber named Marisa, according to the owner, totally botched a simple haircut. She didn't apologize and still expected to be paid the 10 dollars for the mess she made of my hair. In my opinion she is and incompetent barber and should have her license revoked immediately. Don't waste your time and money with her.

Just left your Mt. Airy NC location where they informed me that they would not be able to cut my hair this evening. They were booked up . I only saw 3 other people in the waiting area and 6 names on the waiting list with 3 of the names of the same person. I will not be back not will I recommend this store to anyone. . Poor I!!

At great clips madison in I had to pound on the door at 11am to get them to open the door. I could see two people standing g outside the back door smoking. They looked at me and ignored me. They finally u look caked the door. Upset me to no end . I had to stand outside in 90 degree weather and I am 71 yrs old.

Loraina at the Uintah Gardens, Colorado Springs, Co is absolutely rude to everyone in person, on the phone. She uses profanity as she hangs up on customers. I have lived here for decades and refer to Great Clips. The untalented Staff is horrible and could careless how anyone feels about it! So sad to witness the decline of what once was a good neighborhood beauty shop?

I would like to point out to this company that there are adult people like me who have difficulties with current technology, so please simplify the process.form of contacting the shop and being able to make an appointment in a simple way considering the fact that now the problem of covid is receding.Thank you so much
