I have been using Grahams Sporting Goods for several years for my baseball team and myself - - - absolutely NOTHING to complain about - - - HUGE selection - - - AWESOME customer service - - - things ordered get shipped right away - - - Customer for life!!!

Paid $100 for some digital camo shirts, plus shipping. Was definitely not satisfied with material and shipped back. No refund, no nothing. Now I am out $ on the merchandise, 2x shipping ,and have nothing. They have my merchandise plus my money. Never addressed a refund or sending the crappy shirts back. You are taking a big chance dealing with this company.

After purchasing pants and socks online and paying more than twenty dollars for two day shipping, I was told that I would not be receiving my items until four days after placing my order! Not only was this a great inconvenience, the people working here failed to see why I was upset over the situation. The ignorance and unwillingness to see things from my perspective was upsetting and I will never purchase anything from here again.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! I am not one to post nasty reviews but I just want everyone to know what they are getting into dealing with this company. And from the sounds of the other Yelp review, Graham Sporting Goods is not going to provide you with quick, quality service. My story: I needed a Champro jersey for my son's baseball team. I contacted Graham Sporting Goods on Friday, March 13th to see if they had the specific size and color in stock. I was told that it was in stock and would ship out on Monday. I ordered the item on their website Friday, March 13th. Not having received any kind of notification from Graham Sporting Goods one week later on Friday, March 20th, I called asking about the status of my order. The lady I spoke to spent 10 minutes going through her junk mail box to see if she could find any tracking information. She was unable to find any information regarding my order and told me that she would call me first thing Monday morning. Monday morning....no phone call. I called Monday afternoon, the lady said the item was being shipped 3 day mail. She guaranteed me that the item was in stock and on it's way. I called Tuesday, March 24th, to see if I could get tracking information on the item. The man I spoke to told me that he needed to find out the tracking information and call me back. Why they don't have access to tracking information when customers call is beyond me! Guess what!?! No phone call back from him. So, here we are almost two weeks past the day that I ordered, 8 business days past the day my order "was going to ship out"...Wednesday, March 25....and I called in yet again....MY ITEM IS ON BACKORDER!!!! Now we'll see how long it takes them to refund me for my cancelled order. Let me remind you that I received no communication from the business! I had to call them each time! And they never did anything to make it right. Never offered free shipping - shipping the one jersey was $12+. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do yourself a favor and find another business who is going to value you and provide you with good customer service!

Horrible experience. I placed an order back on February 19, 2014 and have not received my order. It's July 22, 2014!!! I've called, left messages, and emailed numerous times. I've requested my money back. No response. I don't believe they are a real company. BEWARE!!

I ordered a varsity jacket for my son and it took double the amount of time that I was promised ( 2-3 weeks ) and when I finally picked it up, there was a major misspelling that took another 3 weeks to fix. I'm not blaming this store for the problems with the embroiderer, but they are giving them my business so they have to have a little tarnish.
