Terrible they towed my vehicle at 9pm out of my mother apartment complex on a holiday when visiting her. Had to pay $300 smh looking into now with the city about what needs to be done with the towing company towing at their own will.

My son broke down and we had permission to park his car in the parking lot of the business. Had the employee’s name and phone number we spoke to. We made arrangements to rent a trailer and told her we would be there to get the car. We arrive and no car, after calling the police and all I learn this robbing, lying company towed it. Charging us $420 for a car that they were not asked to tow, they just did it! “Kim” supposedly says they had the car for 3 days, complete lie as the same employee verified it was in the parking lot yesterday. The Greensboro police also called me yesterday just to make sure my son was okay so clearly the car was in fact at the store. The police department verified the date and had recorded of when they called me which was yesterday not 3 days ago. This company rips people off! Don’t use people who make a living off of doing others wrong! Especially a 20 year old young man that works hard and is trying to make it in this world! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! Karma remember this and I hope she bites you BIG!

I agree with the previous commens, worst towing company that only wants to steal your money. We were dropping off our son at his appartment complex and we were parked for about 30 mins. We come outside and saw them to start hooking our vehicle. We asked them to stop and they demanded $160 in cash. We asked them if they could wait less than five minutes so we can get the cash, and they said "NO, that it doesn't work that way". Of course they didn't want to wait, because they wanted to steal another $100 from us. They proceeded to finish hooking our truck and we followed them in my son's car. We droved about 30 minutes, in to this weird neighbohood, where their "office" was. No one was there, but the same guys who towed our truck. They could have easily waited for us less than five minutes to pay the $160 cash, but NO, instead they decided to steal another $100 from us. So, they ended up stealing $260 from a DISABLE WAR VETERAN. "Way to go, Gotcha Towing" great way to treat those who fight for your FREEDOM. This company doesn't even deserve this one star. However, sooner, rather than later everyone gets what they deserve. They have this sign in their office that reads: "Give thanks to the Lord for he is good, his love endures forever". It is clear they have never read it, because they don't practice the message.

I had parked really quick to go get food for my sister and the tow didn’t hesitate to come and pick my car up, which is crazy because they charged me $300!! Like what the heck you guys traveled accross the state to pick my car up or something ? Holy crap it’s stupid, they didn’t have nothing else better to do then to tow a car that was not parked at a sign that said “do not park”

Trifling workers who give you the run around when being honest about completing deliveries in the area. Nice attempt to get $125 out of someone trying to make a quick dollar. Zero stars if I could.

I work as an assistant manager for an apartment community and Gotcha Towing has been a big help for us! Whenever we have had a resident car issue, they help us to resolve it as best as possible. Paris has been great with coordinating with us and always so willing to go the extra mile!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Des and that girl knew her stuff! She informed me exactly how to ensure my paid space was not taken from me anymore and even provided a lil TLC on the phone while letting me rant. The tow industry is tougher but this girl is made for it. I hope I speak with her every single time I call Gotcha.

Vultures! That’s what they are. These people move like crabs- late at night- when they should be in bed instead of stealing. They stay lurking,,,stalking parking lots, (#weird), with them LOUD tow trucks like bruh, we hear you…., just snatching up peoples cars….& got nerve to have a flashlight going up to cars looking in them . (Not smart). They get paid by the tow then have to split it, so stealing is their source of income I guess. Regardless, it’s wrong.

Gotcha towing is amazing! They have a tough job but at the end of the day they are doing what they were hired to do. I had the opportunity to meet with the owner and Paris. Super sweet people. They answered all my questions and I’m happy my company does business with them.

Tried to make money because of hard times and the holidays, Dropped off food at apartment complex. Not even 15 minutes, my car was rolling away. I chased him down crying in panic. Showed him my cash to see if he can drop it. He smiled and ran the light to get away from me. My phone was in my car so I had no way to get a Uber/cab. Luckily someone saw the whole situation and offered me a ride. Embarrassed because of tears, I had no choice but to accept the offer. Got to the place and he had just unhooked my car. he demanded $300 for that short amount of time he had my car. Came out the house to make $25 and lost $300. I didn’t tell him my situation. I could tell it wouldn’t have mattered by the way he smiled at me as he ran a red light to get away from me. But I did ask him before leaving was he the owner to get some kind of understanding on why he was so happy about what happened. I could’ve saw how it was a good night for him to be able to demand $300. he told me “nope.” Mind blown, I wished him a happy new year and walked away. Grateful for the good people that there are in this world but it was a very sad night for me to know that there are those out here that find joy in ruining peoples lives. It’s evil. I’ll be praying for that man.

This company deserves no stars at all. Dispatch is incompetent, and unprofessional. I called to have my BMW towed in 47• weather. Rear wheel drive cars require a flat bed and dispatch sent a regular tow truck 40minutes later. When I called back to question why they didn’t send a flatbed the dispatcher got an attitude and told the tow truck driver not to dolly and tow my car, although I had already paid $135.77 by credit card!!! My money was not readily refunded and I had to call a different tow truck company and pay them as well to tow my BMW. I will see them in court

I parked my car in front of my apartment complex to check my mail and it was gone in less than a minute of me coming out. I saw a tow truck scouting around I’m guessing looking for anybody to tow obviously and chose me in less than a Minute literally the rage I have lord have mercy I’m a God fearing woman so I won’t wish bad on anyone but I truly hope this business or these people who do this get what they deserve

the most of a compliment I can give is that they weren't rude. just straight forward. other than that I find it crazy that a rental car can be towed out of a neighborhood. what if I was a resident where my car was? $300 to get a rental car out and my car was the only car taken from the parking lot. find it to be ironic and sad that y'all really just out here trying to take people's money like this. clearly have a rental for a reason - already going through something with my current car and this was the last thing I needed.
