These folks are nice enough and they do good work. And yes, they are expensive. But they just seem to be way too busy and it's affecting their business. It seems to me that accepting a few less customers would result in better results all around. Just sayin....

Walked into the business and was greeted by the clerks. They asked the appropriate questions for my vehicle. Took my car back...inspection was done in approximately 30minutes. I love how well they take care of my vehicle. They are very detailed -oriented. Seating Inside - Lots of comfy chairs and a private room (all glass doors ) with a high-counter area to sit and work. The high table even has outlets to charge your electronics. (Thank YOU)!! Due to Covid the popcorn machine was removed ...I've had it before and it's Yummy! They still offer FREE 8oz bottled water. They have a kid-area where the kiddos can play !!

Have utilized their services twice (after being burned from dealerships) and I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences. Not only did they fit me in for service when I know they were busy but sat down and actually explained what was wrong. Additionally, they were able to transport me around when my car was being serviced. I have recommended them to others and will continue to use their services. If you want great service from friendly and genuine people, this is where you should go.

The store itself is nice and clean. I bought a set of tires for a little over $900 and my wheel was shaking two days later at 55-60 MPH. I called to have it fixed and the lady I spoke to sounded like she could careless. You screw up and can't squeeze me in to fix it. Not a good look in the area of customer service. The kicker is they gave me an estimate for something I didn't ask for. I'm so glad I declined. If you can't get brand new tire balanced accurately who knows what you would have done to my brakes. I will go elsewhere for my car services in the future.

Friendly and respectful customer service, clean and comfortable waiting area (with free popcorn and bottled water), quick turnaround time on repairs (even though I showed up without an appointment) -- and, best of all, they replaced my broken tire sensor for about a quarter of what it would have cost me at the dealership. I am a Thomas Tire fan!

Would absolutely recommend! Thomas Tire has the best prices and customer service that I found when doing my research for a Michelin tire (that had a nail stuck in it). Cheyenne specifically went above and beyond to help me get what I needed at a reasonable price and quickly! Even the car dealership I use (and where I got my car) recommended Thomas Tire to me. The facility is also incredibly clean and welcoming.

I wish you could give ZERO stars! Called and made an appointment, dropped my car off and the sales girl tried to upsell me for a more expensive oil change. She told me that for my vehicle the "recommended" oil was a more expensive kind. I'm not sure why no other auto shops seem to have a problem, this is certainly not the first time I've had my oil changed. She said they would have it ready by 4:30, and i was running late to pick it up, when they closed at 5. I called to let them know i may not be there til 5 after 5, when i was told rudely by the woman who works there, that they forgot to call and tell me, but they did NOT change my oil. She claimed the shop manager decided not to change it because he didn't want to put anything other than the recommended oil in there. Here's the problem-NO ONE called me. They had my car for over 2 hours and they never met me know that they were not servicing it. We are leaving for vacation tomorrow, hence the reason for the service. Do not EVER take a vehicle here, they don't care about anything but going home as early as possible!!!

I purchased my tires for my Tacoma about six months ago and received the Goodyear Alignment program where they will check the alignment every 6 months or 6,000 for no charge. I called for an appointment, which was 2pm. When I go there I asked how long it would take he said "about an hour." It was 3 hours later when it was completed. The service was indifferent and I can only assume that since this was a "free" service it was not a priority. He just said "it's ready", had me sign and gave me my keys. I felt like I was a bother. With so much competition in the area you would think they would make it a priority for someone who spent $800 on new tires. Guess not so I'll go to one of their competitors in the future because it won't be long before my car needs tires as well.

Had a great first time visit at this store today. Spoke with Chris at the desk who took care of me right away. My tire light had come on because of a nail, and they fixed it! Best part was it was FREE! Great job!

This is one of my favorite places to take my car for services. I own a 2015 Carolla and a perfer for this group of men to work on my car. My children also bring there car as well. One of my children come from Raliegh to get the service done. The store manager is honest and always on point. He knows my wbole family by there first name basis. The staff is friendly. The store itself is clean and always stocked up with coffee and condiments. The TV is always on presentable channels.

This store is a joke and probably should close like some of the Goodyear stores. Poorest customer service yet from any tire store. Have you ever seen a fifth wheel with under inflated tires from a tire store, not a very pretty site.
