A few areas that need immediate attention -1. Employees shouldn't be eating their lunch at the front desk when customers are in the store.2. No GNC branded shirts for uniforms - socks, slides, and house gear?3. If an order can't be fulfilled due to lack of inventory despite site indicating available, our numbers are provided so you can switch out or atleast make us aware.4. To make a suggested return requires a manager? How are two people present on the register but can't do returns?5. Why would you confirm my order for the amount that includes the product you don't have - not able to adjust? "A refund takes 1-3 days" end of convo. Ok.I remember when GNC was employing folks who were interested in helping, seemed interested in fitness, etc. Sadly it's full of HS kids and the customer service is declining. I'll pass on this location. I hope they receive some version of training to assist in their professional development. #notpleased #notshocked

I placed an online order for store pickup..when I arrived the first employee literally stood there talking to another (white) man as if I wasn't in line waiting to be helped. This customer already had been helped but employee carried on a full condo with this guy with no regard to me standing in the check out line. Finally got my order, with NO itemized receipt printed insided or stapled to the bag but nope. I go home and noticed that what I purchased online isn't the same item in the bag. I called the store. Well the guy (Ethan) answered the phone laughing having a conversation with another guy. Then decided to say hello. I was explaining to him my situation and he said do what now.. what happened? Oh no no you keep talking (talking to the other guy). He hung up. I called back and he hung up again. I repeatedly called he had my call blocked...so I go to the store. I told him he hung up on me. His response was oh I did my fault sorry about that with a grin. I stated no he wasn't. I decided I didn't want anything from there and returned the item. Well he claim he couldn't accept b/c I didn't have a receipt to show it was from there. I told him I ordered from online I can show him everything. Not once did he try to look nor try to genuinely help. He said if its not there then we're completely out...EXACTLY so the previous older man fulfilled my order with the incorrect item. No receicpt attached b/c he didn't ring up the right one. Ethan called his manager who told him how to accept the return. Since he wanted to be so smart and not hear me out. He returned the item and gave me back more money then he should have b/c online it took a code. ??♀️ Other guys come in..he was happy to assist with no problem. I will not return to location especially when I didn't even have an attitude and tried to ask if I could just swap out the item for the correct one. Ethan's customer service is horrible. This location appears to be very racist when it comes to black people. Make sure you ask for a.receipt or statement when purchasing online from this racist location. I should've went to another location better to The Vitamin Shoppe..never experienced this type of behavior there

It’s 10:38, google maps says they open at 10. Am I missing something? Seems like they purposely don’t have hours posted on their door so they can show up whenever they feel like it.

Somehow is always closed, opens an hour late, or the only employee is “at the bank”. The Schrödinger's cat of retail stores in that you never know if they’re actually a functional business until you drive to the store. No wonder they declared bankruptcy this place is run by troglodytes.
