So grateful for Gate City Pharmacy!They are the only place in town that can make my infants reflux medicine and they always fill it quickly (even though I know it’s a hassle to make).The staff is consistently kind and helpful. They always make sure I’m comfortable administering the medication and answer any questions I have. I appreciate them so much.

The only compounding pharmacy I know in Greensboro able to prepare medicine other pharmacies cannot. The staff is iconic North Carolinian with oodles of southern hospitality. If they only had a bar or a soda fountain, I swear I'd never wanna leave lol

Gate City Pharmacy does a great job. I’ve been getting my Rx from them for many years now. With that being said. You will always have some hiccups along the way. No matter the pharmacy you choose to use. Kim and the staff seem to try and resolve any issue that may arise. This place has that old era charm to it.I do wish they accepted Good RX coupons. But that the only thing that would make them better. If you need compound meds or hard to get meds. Odds are they probably have it in stock, or can get it in a short time frame.

I've been going to Gate City Pharmacy for well over 10 years now & know that they care about you & are so very nice to call you at home if your insurance doesn't cover a script, & the price will be high. I truly appreciate their kindness with them looking out for me!They all work so VERY Hard in helping keeping us healthy, so show them some kindness, patience & gratitude! You get what you give in this world. :)

Been using these wonderful people forMany years! You will not just be a script number here! They are fast, and do an amazing job! You will not find the kind of service you receive at the big stores! Gate City Pharmacy Is the best in the business hands down! More people should run their business the way Gate City Does! 10 stars! Highly Recommend!

This pharmacy is easily accessible at Friendly Center, and provides great hours and most staff are very caring and helpful. Glad that I'm not a cancer patient. The new staff are maybe tired, but remember when people walk in your door, most are patients who do not feel well. You are not Sephora. No one is coming to you for fun or to party.

I like this pharmacy a lot , for the most part they don't make you wait longer than 30 mins . They always have what u need in stock & they are kind . There's always gonna be a person who has an attitude but when u become a regular there they remember u & trust u . One time I forgot my ID to pick up my meds and the lady signed for me and showed her ID bc she trusted me . They are so sweet .

Through my job, I personally interact with multiple pharmacies, at multiple locations on a weekly basis, and Gate City Pharmacy is the best one that I have ever worked with. Often, I have to ask a lot of questions regarding medication availability, special accommodations, urgent medication needs, etc., and the staff is always willing to help, without ever making me feel like I am putting them out. Gate City is an excellent pharmacy.

They're always super helpful esp if you have questions, clean (if you're covid conscious or a germaphobe like me lol). Also super personable. A little on the pricy side tho esp if you don't have great insurance or if you use good rx it's not always taken here my reason for a star taken off. But they're open normal hours like the weekend unlike Walgreens.
