Rudest worker I've ever come across in my life! Guy with the glasses and beard who I believe to be the manager treated me and my siblings like absolute idiots when my 15 year old sister didn't wanna pay a yearly subscription for a membership. Kept pestering us about the membership and the warranty for the video game we were buying, saying if it breaks it's our fault and they won't help us. Who cares! We already said no! Tap to pay was not working either. After we said thank you after purchasing the video game we got no response and when leaving we didn't even get a "have a good day." This dude has no manners and clearly doesn't know how to act around people. Not returning to this location again.

I called looking for a specific item. Steven took the time to check the system and the floor products to see if they had what I was looking for. Even though they didn’t have what I was looking for he referred me to another store that had what I wanted

They were really nice! Until they used the buy 2 get 1 free for pre-owned games against us. We brought up 2 5$ games and Steven told us about the deal if we signed up for pro. I understand that it's extra to sign up, the problem was after we got our third game, which was more expensive but what SUPPOSED to be free. Instead, they counted the price for the most expensive ones, and made the CHEAPEST game free, essentially no longer making it a deal at all. Not the worse thing that could happen, but pretty frustratingEDIT: We learned that it's actually gamestops policy to make the cheapest game free, which sucks. We just weren't told that so we blamed the cashier. Not his fault, but he should have told us or we wouldn't have gotten the more expensive game

This is the closest Gamestop to my house. It is a larger than normal Gamestop. The manager that was working that day was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to direct us to another Gamestop that had the game my son was looking for.
