Worst staff ever. David is always extremely rude and sarcastic. You're in a customer service role! And I don't completely blame him. Management is poor. The staff is a direct reflection of their training and store culture. Like I literally asked him a question about a service GameStop offers and he just stared as if he was annoyed. I had to repeat the question and ask yes or no for him to respond. Ever since Covid these stores just need bodies they care nothing about hiring the right ppl and training them the correct way.

The worst customer service ever. My son switch was not working and I knew I had a warranty on it so I went to the original location where I got it from originally they didn't have any in stock he explained to me that since I have the warranty the process is simple and he proceeded to tell me that this location had two in stock amd the only thing that I needed was the switch and the charger I didn't have the charger with me so I went home to grab it then proceeded to this location. As soon as I walked in the door the girl behind the counter act like she had an attitude I explained to her why I was there and just interrupted me and said I need the box and the receipt I told her that I was not told that at the other location that I went to she said it again with an attitude so me knowing me I walked out but went back in to see if she can just pull up my account with my number and everything should be there receipt etc. she gave the the wait finger after five miyshe asked for my number and she told me that it doesn't show anything but the warranty mind you the guy at the other store looked up my account and everything including the receipt was in there. I decided to go to another location that was close by and they helped me out without a problem I even called the original location and he told me that she should have taken care of me. I believe that she was being lazy and did not want to do her job I do not recommend anyone to come to this location

Went in this evening expecting to simply buy a new pokémon game, was not expecting to be aggressively pitched a warranty, and upgraded gamestop account, Kellin came off very unprofessional and after rejecting the gamestop warranty 5 times, my autistic brother went to purchase his ghost busters game, we were told “You guys like risking money”, and Kellin refused to have me help my brother decline gamestop services, which he obviously didn’t understand and looked to me for help, however Kellin insisted he speak for himself and wouldn’t let me help him answer despite us being together just paying separate, even using the same gamestop account, I can only imagine how it would’ve went if i wasn’t there and Kellin aggressively hounded my brother, overall the interaction came off very aggressive and completely rude, it’s unheard of to question a customer helping their brother checkout especially if they have autism, I will not be returning.

Excellent GameStop experience with both knowledgeable and helpful staff, a tidy store, plenty of games, consoles, plush, gifts, t-shirts and hoodies, and more. This location also has ♿ handicap accessible parking and entrances. Highly recommend this store.

This place was epic I got my first copy if dark souls scholar of the first sin and I regret it! 5 stars. Edit 3 months later i finished the game about like 5 times and got all the achievements i couldnt have done it without the lady behind the counter who sold the game to me.
