Never spending another penny at any gamestop again. Thank this location and the overly opinionated walking arterial thrombosis for this. Dude wouldn't shut up about how he was right about everything. How my choices were a bad idea. I have problems with gamestops policies but the rude guy behind the counter made sure I will never return to spend money at any location. Been shopping at this chain of stores since I was in 4th grade and I'm now almost 40. There is no need to continue with these stores as everything is available from other locations for a better deal. I don't come in to get told a life lesson by a washed up clerk. I came for a product and the waste of space behind the counter made sure I will never be back. Good job.

Purchased 3 preowned games and was spoken to as if I was trying to steal from this place for asking questions about the game system I have and it’s compatibly with games, as I am new to video game. They asked to see my ID for a cash purchase and when I asked why they needed it, the skinny rough looking guy at the register said “it doesn’t really matter why” I showed him and walked out with my games. I will NEVER return to this store to be racial profiled again.

Terrible place. With terrible quality and workers, they don’t answer the phone, I called 16 times and no one answers but yet I see ugly workers working at the counter.. how pathetic. Don’t waste your time going or calling. They also have very NASTY attitudes. It’s ridiculous. God bless you.

I've been to this store 4-5 times now over the last few months and it always reeks of bad B.O. Had to leave due to the odor.

If the CEO and board cared at all about their investors, they would try very hard to keep this chain profitable, but they aren't doing that. The employees are great, but the decisions made at the top of the business model are taking a heavy toll. I think this chain would be better off if the employees bought the company.

Do not recommend two games were traded for 4 dollars I was in disbelief and I questioned it the representative began to have an attitude and threatened because I called out the pricing to not do the trade I exclaimed I was being honest his response was no your upset about the value then he proceeds to do the trade and jump back on his phone watching me leave huge attitude from your cashier I will not ever do business with you guys again thanks to him
