I purchased a game on sale for a relative as a gift. It was part of a several games purchase. I politely asked the clerk to make sure the discs were in the cases ans I was checking out. I arrive home, 40 minutes away, and realize that one game was missing from the case. I call the store to inquire and was accused of lying and asked to speak to a manager and have this disc shipped to me. Their mistake and I wasn’t going out of my way to correct it. Manager got an attitude and said they could not ship it. The staff at this location are unprofessional, careless, and rude. Your money could be best spent elsewhere to be honest.

Small store but got hella good game.s it's my home store I normally go too. Very nice workers that know ALOT about any game u ask about. Which I like. Bc I get to ask about personal preference which is nice.

Horrible place to shop, we bought a nintendo switch used and they just tossed it sloppily in a box with a broken power supply. When we went to another gamestop they asked where we bought it and the worker literally said Oh No which goes to show this gamestop is horrible. The other one we went to gave us one nicely packed and protected.

Went in to use my monthly $5 GameStop credit and saw a game for $30. The cashier rings me up, and I swipe my card. I don't realize until I get to my car the total should've been closer to $25, not what I was actually charged, $35. I go in to adive the cashier that the game didn't ring up properly. He advised me that it was an outdated sticker on the game case and that there was nothing that he could do. I asked for a refund and he then advised that I would also NOT be getting my GameStop credit back. So essentially GameStop gets to steal for their customers and it's okay.

Attempted to place an order online and due to website issues, was directed to place an order directly with the store. When I called the store, was told that was not possible. That's all fine, but there is no reason to be as rude as they were regarding the issue. No wonder Gamestop has been close to going out of business.

Came in here Saturday 10/28 to check out retro games and Odor was bad in there ? come to found it was the employee I felt so bad cause literally smell him front the door. the black guy behind register should’ve sent him home for the day.

The managers are helpful, but every time I go in there they are way too pushy...almost aggressive. If a customer says no several times, just stop. I was talked into buying their annual membership rewards. When I left the store, I instantly regretted that purchase. Yes, I could have declined after the 5th time he asked, but I really felt like if I didn't get it this time...every time I come into this store, I'd have to listen to them try to aggressively sell it to me. If it wasn't for my kids wanting these used games from this store, I'd never go back. The positive side of this store is you can trade in your less played games and purchase used games. That can save you a lot of money versus buying brand new. They have great Funko options and some other items like t-shirts.

Smaller than normal Gamestop, however, they had the game my son was looking for, and the manager was friendly and helpful.
