Disgraceful conditions. Puppies are in bare cages with no beds or toys & forced to sleep on metal cage floors. It’s really disturbing how much they charge for these pups only to offer them zero comfort. Sad. I would not suggest supporting this store.

Love looking at the animals, buy why are the dogs so expensive ?2,000 to 3,000 dollars. Go to a breeder, way cheaper.

Obviously a puppy mill. Very sad. Puppies are in crowded bare cages full of excitement. Smelly, crowded, and the puppies can be seen fighting. Not playing.They are selling mutts for designed dog prices.Just go to a shelter and visit the animals for free. Get a dog that will love you.

I purchased a Yorkshire Terrier on 4/12/24 the store named him Yoshi his new name is Symba. I have all his records and he is also registered with American Canine Association (ACA). I want to share my great experience with this store and the staff. Reading the reviews I almost didn’t come by to check them out, I had a bad experience with purchasing a yorkipoo from a breeder (long story short my dog had past I only had her for 4 days and she was 8wks. My kids and I were traumatized, I put out a lot of money and had to get attorneys involved so I was hesitant about going through this again. However my girls were ready for another dog and I kept calling Friendly pets and looking on their Facebook account for Yorkshire Terriers). I’m so glad I didn’t just go based off the reviews. My experience was great!! I was able to do puppy play time for 10 minutes, the staff was so knowledgeable, very nice although I don’t remember the guy name (maybe Andrew) and the owner son everyone made me feel welcome or didn’t mind answering questions. Shoutouts to Sheena she is the store manager she was very knowledgeable, patient with me, she made me feel absolutely comfortable with asking all the questions I had. She explained everything in detail (all of his records and paperwork) not one time did she seem annoyed or aggravated with me. They even groomed him before I left with him and they give you coupons. We are so in love with Symba, he’s a happy dog, so full of life and energy. He does well with my daughters, it took no time for him to adjust to his new home with us. He’s very active and we love him so much. If you’re looking for a new puppy please try them out the reviews will have you nervous at first but go experience them for yourself you’ll be happy you did. I will definitely be purchasing from Friendly Pet again. Here are so pictures of Symba.

If you purchase a puppy from here, you are disgusting and belong in Hell. I know you’re rescuing the puppy, but you’re supporting puppy mills. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Friendly pets mistreats their animals, and their customers. I had called prior to see if “puppy playtime” was available, and they said 5:00 PM. So we went, wanting to have a good time, and they turned out to be closed after 5… thanks friendly pets.

This place is really awesome. U go in and the first thing u see is the rabbits and u get to pet or hold them whatever u wanna do. And ALOT of other animals there too u get to get/hold if u like. I haven't been to another one yet that does that. And the fish area is like lit up cool looking. It's awesome. Very friendly place. Totally recommend this place for pet lovers.
