The service at the store in Aventura Florida is so bad that I have finally given up and am now going to Plum Market next door for everything. The staff at the deli (usually 1-5 of them) have their backs to you most of the time and rarely look around. I have talked to management for years (and years). Now I am done!

Quite frankly, I don't believe that I will continue to shop here. Not friendly, prices are somewhat competitive but not much of an incentive to travel for. ?

Too many people abusing "Service dog" excuse to bring their little dogs into the store. Emotional support dogs are not service animals specifically trained in a support function. Put up large signs like WHOLE FOODS AND PUBLIX in Delray Beach. It is illegal in Florida to lie about your dog as being a service animal. Emotional support dogs are not allowed in food stores even with a doctors notice.

Terrible store here in Fort Lauderdale! (On Federal Ave). The customer service is inexistent. The prices are higher than other stores and the manager never takes responsibility.

Even though I’ve never physically been in this grocery store I figured I’d share about your terrible game ads that need to be removed as soon as possible and if it’s not removed by Wednesday I’ll be calling your company to let you know that I don’t appreciate your company bothering me

Had the worst experience with Karla at guest care in corporate. I called to find out why my phone number wasn't working under the loyalty program especially since I entered my number and the cashier entered the same number. We both had the same " no records found" message on two occasions. She called back and implied that I entered a different phone number or possibly had someone's receipt.I was so insulted and could not believe she would dare make such an accusation. I wasn't calling to get credit; I just wanted to know why it did not work.I then asked for her supervisor. She reluctantly transferred me and a male supervisor picked up and hung up as I asked for his name.I called Karla back at her direct number ending in 8016 and it went straight to voice-mail.I left a message stating that her manager hung up on me.

Meat department hit and miss. Sometimes chicken or fish smells really bad after buying it. Get home and ready to cook a dinner only to find out the chicken or fish smells so bad that you wonder if a butcher or meat manager is trying to push last spoiled product on customer. Wish we could make these people feed their families with smelly chicken or fish to teach them a lesson.

INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They won't hire people to answer their phones in our local stores and they contend the reason we can't reach anyone when calling in is that they are SHORT STAFFED! So I suggested, at the very least , given the exorbitant prices they charge that they should have someone hired strictly for phones in order to give great customer service when calling in instead of no customer service.P.S, When we expressed the above a second time to the c/s lady, she cut us off saying thank you for sharing feedback and immediately disconnected the call in the middle of a sentence. Way to go Fresh Market!!

It is virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone at corporate, not even a receptionist. Very Similar to their stores. I honestly don’t think they even have employees. If I could give negative stars, I would.
