Best thrift store in Greensboro! I often find thrifting at Goodwill or other more well known stores to be a bit of a trial because things aren't organized, pricing is all over the place, and the staff appears to want to be anywhere else--but not at Freedom House! SUPER friendly staff, great collection of stuff, and super reasonable prices! I go at least once a month just to see what new stuff they've gotten and chat with the gals that work there. Not to mention you're supporting a great cause when you shop here!

Freedom House is one of my go-to thrifting spots – especially for furniture and decor. The staff is always so kind and the pricing is VERY reasonable! It's also always well-organized, more like a boutique than a thrift store. A not to miss spot if you love thrifting!

Freedom House Thrift on North Battleground Avenue has been and continues to be my go to place for great deals on clothing, shoes, furniture, toys, and home items. Their quality merchandise is plentiful, in like-new or very good condition and always at very reasonable prices. Their reductions and seasonal clearances are a great deal and well worth checking out. The store is clean and the staff is always very helpful and customer friendly. Their profits support a worthy cause and I always encourage family and friends to donate and shop there. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Our family has been shopping and donating at Freedom House Thrift for years and we LOVE it! The quality of the items, the clean and organized layout of the store, the helpful workers, and the ministry it supports are all huge wins for us! It is by far one of our most visited stores in Greensboro!

I always enjoy my trips to all the Freedom House stores, but this one is my favorite. The merchandise is well organized and fairly priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

Customer service is OK. A bit emotionally disconnected and apathetic acting but that's not the worst part of this place. My son [12] has bought at least 4 or more electronic items between here and the other battleground location that are basically complete trash. They don't check every electronic item before reselling, only some which makes absolutely no sense honestly. Believe me we get the fact that that's the nature of thrift stores but CHECK ALL YOUR STUFF! not just "some" of it. Beware of this phenomenon.
