I visited the service dept two weeks ago for an oil change, and advice to fix my convertible top . I was quoted a price of 2,300.\nI went to Top and Trends in Kernersville and the tech said it was an easy fix for 200.00.\nI can’t explain how confused I am on the discrepancy in price.\nAlso, how my trust in Foreign Cars has been effected.\n

Meant to post this awhile back but purchased my R8 back in April 2021 and the car has been great! The delivery driver was super nice, made for an easy delivery. My only gripe here and the reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is they only included one key. I think it’s absurd to sell a car for north of 150k and only include one key and I did request a second key which was denied. Guys — CARMAX even includes a second key regardless if it was included when they bought the car. I know this because I sell all of my daily drivers to them. Hakeem was my salesman and overall I was pretty happy with him and the process. It definitely wasn’t my favorite buying experience but it wasn’t my worst either.

Drove down to get work done on my 2016 Porsche Cayenne. Everyone was very nice and attentive, and David Ellis, the service manager, was calm, respectful, and stayed on top of it for me. Made the 2 hour drive from Roanoke worth it! Not to mention I got to look around and see all the rare and cool cars on display in their showroom. He updated me on the parts and repairs getting done to my car and they had something that could have taken weeks done in just a couple days. While it was expensive the service was worth it and they even sent me a video giving me a virtual inspection of my vehicle and repairs. Thank you David

FCI's stock in trade is luxury exotic cars. I was there to look at a $14k Acura they had taken in on trade. Judging by the way I was treated you would have thought I was purchasing the newest Porsche in the showroom. The staff was friendly and courteous. Michael Rubin (sales) was very knowledgeable and informative without being at all pushy. He made every effort to answer all of my questions and make sure that my experience was a positive one. Lee Stephens (Fu0026I) was professional and courteous and made the documentation experience a pleasant one. My wife was with me and she was impressed with how friendly and solicitous the staff was toward her while she was waiting for me to conclude our business. FCI provided the car buying experience that we would all like to have every time.

I am very sad to leave a negative review but my experience with this dealership was unpleasant. The bottom line - they are mistreating potential customers by wasting their time. I got in contact with a sales person, Charles Dabney in regard to their new incoming Porsche. I was completely serious about purchasing that vehicle. Charles told me that it is available, emailed details of the vehicle and took my credit card information and my ID to put a deposit. Couple of days later, when I saw no charges on my account I gave him a call. I was told that the car is still available and that he will get back to me soon. After sending multiple emails and calling repeatedly, I asked for a different salesperson, who verified my personal information and promised to call back and never did. Finally, I got in touch with a manager Matt Davis who told me that that vehicle is no longer available. Matt Davis did not even offer to connect me to another salesperson to consider a different vehicle, which is obnoxious. It is hard to believe how little interest they have in making a sale. I wasted my time. I missed another vehicle while I was waiting for them to process my deposit or tell me anything. Dear Dealership, this is unacceptable. Not only you lost a potential sale, you are damaging the image of the amazing car brands you are selling.

Fantastic Service Saved My Road Trip! I was driving my 2012 Tesla Model S (with 197K miles!) to Florida when a huge chunk of metal impaled itself in one of my tires. When I called Foreign Cars Italia from roadside on I85 and explained my situation, they found a tire for me and had it delivered to them before the tow truck got me to their shop. Without an appointment, they replaced the tire in under 45 minutes and helped me get back on the road again. Cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and can-do attitude!!

The most amazing experience we have ever had dealing with a dealership. Hands down Foreign Cars Italia is by far the best. The customer service is stellar, the facility is amazing and the staff is top notch. I have to give a special shout out to our salesman Charles Dabney. He is the BEST! We highly recommend checking these guys out if you are in the market for a new car. We will certainly be back to work with Charles the next time we are in the market for a new car.

OK, first off, I was not in the market to buy a car. I was approached by three salespeople at various times and they were kind, cordial and understanding. They knew I was not buying anything and still welcomed me. They are the area's authorized Ferrari Dealership. They also sell Porsche, Maserati and many other enthusiast brands. The facility is laid out nicely and is not jammed as some of the Fort Lauderdale showrooms are. The showroom is multiple floors and rooms with a sensible layout. Great decor with lots of memorabilia. If cars equal coolness to you, you should pay them a visit. On this trip, my favorites were a LaFerrari, a GT 3, and a Shelby GT350.

While I have browsed Foreign Cars Italia's showroom on numerous occasions, I stopped in one day to browse some more. A 2018 Levante SQ4 with 10,000 miles caught my eye. Charles asked if I wanted to drive the Levante, and of course, I took him up on his offer. I then advised him I had a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport that I would like to trade. In short, I received top dollar for my Corvette and what I thought was a reasonable price for the Levante. No games were played, i.e., showing an overallowance for my Corvette. Just straight numbers. All this was negotiated over the phone and email with pictures of my Corvette. They never saw my Corvette until I drove it there to pick up the Levante. Pleasant, straight forward experience. I will be back to buy another exotic.

I bought a Ferrari from this dealership and I am out of state. Mark is THE Michael Jordan of salesmen. He updated me every day, and sent me personal videos of my vehicle. He knows how to deliver an A+ luxury experience and satisfy his clients. This is a great dealership, and I look forward to doing business with them again. Every aspect from start to finish was impeccable. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, you are in great hands!

Mr. Keith Robinson at Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro is second to none for sure. I saw online my dream car, the latest Audi A7, this dealership had one and wanted to buy but I’m in Charlotte, NC. Keith Robinson was my contact, and he did a fabulous job answering several of my questions over the phone. Once I made it to the dealership, Keith came out, greeted me by name and had the Audi A7 vehicle cleaned up and placed outside ready for test drive. The Foreign Cars Italia Greensboro dealership is super nice inside compared to the Foreign Cars Italia of Charlotte and the staff wasn’t snobs either. All the staff I saw spoke and offered me snacks with while I waited for my new Audi A7 preparation. The Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro staff professionalism and great customer service was one of the main/compelling reasons to go with this dealership. Mr. Keith Robinson shared comprehensive Audi A7 technology (GPS, Radio \u0026 Driver Assist Features) run down. He answered all questions and provided information that I’d never even thought to ask about the Audi A7. Financing was great as well. I was in and out of finance in 30 minutes. I worked with Lee, and he made the entire process painless. The finance guy, Lee and Keith went above and beyond as well to make sure I was happy with everything! Overall, very great experience at Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro. I’d highly recommend working with Mr. Keith Robinson at Foreign Cars Italia of Greensboro to buy a car. I’m telling you ask for Mr. Keith Robinson! He’s patient, knowledgeable and helped me understand the vehicle features. The next day after Mr. Keith Robinson called, genuinely concerned that I was satisfied with new car my purchase!

Stuart aka Sasquatch is the best luxury car representative I’ve ever met. He’s kind and extremely patient as well as very responsive. We’ve purchased two Porsche’s from him and his team goes the extra mile. I was extremely thankful they worked with my schedule and delivered my car as well as him putting up with my jokes since he is probably no less than 12’3” tall with his boots on. His sidekick Calvin is funny, supportive and has every part number memorized probably from every sport car that’s been made. He knew what the thingamabobber and whatchamacallit was called and showed me how to use each one in my new vehicle. I make a ton of jokes guys, but I’m in sales and do not like sales people normally as most speak and don’t hear what you’re asking- this isn’t the case here and I’ll continue to purchase from this team until they file a restraining order. (Which Lee was close to doing this time. Jk jk their sales manager is amazing and I’m grateful for this entire extraordinary team they have put together here. ) Cheers to my 2022 Panamera 4s- whom I fondly named Betty White.
