If they have a car and you need it asap just go ahead and buy it and know you are overpaying. If you have the time to call around you will save thousands of dollars getting the vehicle at a different dealership.

please don't get a car/truck from Green Ford on Wendover Ave. Green Ford has been so unprofessional and horrible to me as the customer. They have had my car since June 6,2023 so it's been 5 mths. they have been bouncing me back and forth with lies and miscommunication to say the least. The service manager sat right in my parents face and said what does a service have to do with anything. I pay 85.00 a month for extended warranty and only had the car a little over a year and the turbo went out first and then my transmission. You would've thought that since I've always bought my vehicles from them or as little time as I have had the car, they would do it just because. They sold me a lemon and now I got to go to court. Very disappointed and upset about the whole deal. They have had my PTSD and anxiety on a thousand. Needless to say, I am a 3 time decorated disabled vet. This has really got my whole mind messed up. Never again.

Absolutely the worst experience with the service department. My 21' Mach E had a recall on the 12V battery, we were told by Ford motor company that we are entitled to a loaner or rental for 10 days. Green ford refused and I went 28 days without a car, this was after the representative from Ford motor company contacted the dealership and told them that this was a complimentary service due to the recall and warranty. I was never contacted about any updates on the status of my vehicle unless I called to inquire. To add more insult to the experience of my car fiasco, it had bird sh*t on the exterior. No complimentary wash and vacuum after service, NEVER in my life have I had a situation with a car this bad. I will never go back to Green ford and I have a fairly new F-150 as well. I wish I could give them no stars, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the Triad.

Beware of bogus fees when buying a new car. $699 for "EPP", $299 for "Nitro Fill" (fill tires with nitrogen), $629 doc fee. I ran into this when trying to order a new vehicle. The sales manager refused to order the vehicle without these fees. No deal. Pure fraud! Here's an excellent video explaining the BS doc fees dealers charge. Basically they're double dipping - they charge you more because they're a dealer, then they charge you for a bunch of admin stuff that they already included in the price of the vehicle. - DOCUMENT (DOC) FEE: #1 FAKE FEE at CAR DEALERSHIPS IN 2023 Auto Expert The Homework Guy Kevin Hunter

I have to rant a little I apologize up front. I will NEVER go back to Green Ford for anything! The service managers are rude and need to go to a customer skills course on how to treat your customers properly. Not the first time I have run into issues there. We had our SUV at another shop in town for a check engine light. They told us they couldn't get the tooling or some of the parts and we needed to go to the dealer. I did not want to take it there period. Basically the car has been there going on 2 weeks and hasn't been touched. We called for status this morning and basically was told it is what it is. Your car won't be touched until Wednesday deal with it. I WILL NEVER GIVE GREEN FORD ANOTHER PENNY OF BUSINESS! Rant over

Straight forward sales without the pressure. I worked with Kerry Culp who was excellent and very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure sales whatsoever which I really appreciate.

TLDR: dishonest dealer with no integrity.I had a very slightly used f150 (2months old with 2k miles) I had a offer from one sells lady for $39k assuming that the truck was in good shape (which it is, perfect with only 2k miles) I couldn't make it in for a couple of weeks so when I had time and was ready to go I texted the day before to confirm the $39k offer was still good, a different sales man called and said to bring it it (in transparency he didn't answer the questions confirming the price but didn't deny it and still scheduled me.) when I got there the next morning a third different sales man meet me, and said they couldn't pay $39k but could do $36k. I told him about the previous conversation I had with the other two people so he went back and talked to them. Then came back and said those conversations never happened, we I asked to talk to the first lady he refused to get her. When I tried to explain what happened he said that those conversation never happened, but wouldn't get the other two people that I talked to. After more pressure he switched his story to that offer was sight unseen and could very once they saw the truck (which is true they did say that), but like I said before the truck could pass for a new truck if you didn't know better. After wasting 56 minutes of my time I left without selling the truck.I don't know if they intentionally offered a fake amount to get me in then offer less or if there is a break down in their company from the different sales people. But the lesson learned is Green Ford won't keep their word.

I went to Green Ford to look at a Mustang Mach e in January 2023. The car was well designed and seemed to be very well made. Unfortunately Green Ford priced it at $10,000. over MSRP. During a follow up conversation I was told that this was a "market adjustment". Green Ford needs to be more honest: they are simply gouging customers.I have owned three F-150s, two Windstars and one Escape but I don't plan to buy another Ford vehicle ever.JT Gordon

I bought that service for life at $1,100 and what a rip off. One can never get the service man to return my calls. I had to get my car serviced elsewhere. In addition, I have recall items-gear shifting and brake fluid drains out and they called me back two days later just before closing. The parts department is excellent, but service department and sales needs huge improvement. I tried to use the internet service for scheduling with no avail.I wish that I could contact Jim Click directly as I brought a truck and a SUV and need to discuss some service problems with him.
