The car buying experience at this dealership is perfectly fine no issues it's an in-out experience however I cannot say the say about the service side, every-time I have to come in for maintenance it always takes around 3-4 hours even if it's a simple oil change, today I came in for a sensor that was ordered ten days ago and they didn't even know I had an appointment they had to search for me in the system and then got mad because they were so piled up with customers, After sitting in the office for over two hours they tell me that the service tech that was going to work on my car didn't even show up today and they gave me a car to use temporarily until mine is fixed, which was great but the car was absolutely disgusting inside and out and smelled like cigarettes it also had only 40 miles of gas left in it. So now not only is Mazda wasting my time from work they are also wasting my money. Not to mention I have a brand new 2023 and have already came in multiple times for issues so that's just great love that !

After hearing my nightmare story of my last experience 20 days before at another dealership.tyler and staff including Emmanuel helped ease the pain and got me and my wife into a new cx50 they were so kind and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the way we were treated.

Long story short... go to the Winston-Salem location. I asked in advance for a loaner car since the service on my car would take 3-4 hours and upon arrival they denied me a loaner car. The reasoning was because I was not over 25...why would they have not asked this question over the phone when I requested a car? I called the Winston Salem Mazda dealership said they would allow me to get a loaner car because I am over 21. The Winston Salem dealership was professional and was willing to help me due to the Greensboro locations lack of professionalism. However, since they were already working on my car I had to wait... but I learned my lesson... I won't go here again.

My friend purchased a used vehicle here and on the 4th day, the check engine light came on. He returned the vehicle for repair and now they are going to charge him thousands of dollars to fix the problem. BEWARE OF THE LEMON LOT! ***Does Not Recommend***

I just bought a new Mazda CX- 5 at Flow Mazda in Greensboro. I was treated with great respect by the incredibly friendly and professional staff from the first phone call , through delivery and beyond. I drove my car out of the showroom yesterday.. had a technical sound system issue that was basically my lack of technical skill. This was easily solved over the phone. Nothing is too much trouble for Chad Mills and his team. I worked with many great people throughout this process. It was an easy and pleasant experience with no pressure whatsoever. My hat is off to Flow Mazda! Love the car too.
