Can you make negative stars because I would give it -5 stars if I could. Bought a used Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with "factory warranty" also bought the extended warranty which the sales manager and the sales person said would cover anything should something break. What a fat lie that was. I also got the $500 car wash kit which by the way comes with the vehicle but somehow you can't opt out of purchasing.. guess someone is getting rich thanks to grandpa forcing this on his customers. Anyway I've had the truck about 8 months and everytime I go in for service I'm recommended about $1300.00 dollars in repairs which btw the warranty doesn't cover and if it does cover it you still have to pay $250.00 out of pocket for "deductible " .... Each time.. needless to say the trucks ac started not feeling cold I take it to the dealership guess what $191.00 for a test and dye service fine i pay that they can't find a leak now I've put refrigerant in many vehicles as I'm universal certified and work on hvac systems all the time but I bought a warehouse so why should I do it myself? Right?? I go and fill the thing up according to specs because they can't find a leak . I keep a lollipop thermometer in he vent so I know when it's almost leaked out again plus it's noticeable from the air coming from the vent. Take it in for an oil change ask them to check it again. They can't find anything.Long story short everything they can find wrong is T covered by warranty everything they can find is covered by warranty. The warranty is shit the dealership is shit they will sell you anything and call it good only to pretend like what you notice is wrong isn't. Save yourself the time and trouble and don't buy from them.

Terrible service and vehicles are crap. The sales manager Jeff is extremely rude and untrustworthy while the finance department has me waiting over 2hrs to sign purchase agreements/paperwork even though I had a scheduled appointment. I do not recommend buying your car here!

Bought a new truck from them today. Given the world today things in the Car Business are difficult. They accommodated me by working a deal quickly and outside due to health issues. Quick and easy. Kalueb was nice kid and was pleasant and easy going.
