Staff was extremely friendly, and Nathan got me taken care of very quickly! Taylor even offered to go out to my vehicle to help bring in my item, made good conversation and although they were very busy, they got me in and out within a short time frame! Very happy and will be back!

I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she helped me get my brochures printed for my job. She had great customer service skills and made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you again.

Staff does not have good customer service skills. They aren’t open to really helping you. I had to go online and process an order because of the lack of information they were giving. I had to look up pricing, sizing, what type of paper I needed for my prints. This is the second interaction with 2 different people I’ve had at this location with poor customer service skills.

Honestly, besides the excessively high shipping prices and shitty parking lot, I haven't had much of an issue with this fedex. However, don't go into the store ten minutes before closing to ask a general question regarding when a package may possibly be delivered to the store because you may run into grumpy shipping personnel. Customer service is hard.
