The Convenience of getting my car worked on from home is huge. There is no down time for me waiting in yucky car repair waiting rooms. The owner is knowledgeable on auto repairs, and has a friendly and approachable manner. I find these skills make Favour Auto Repairs a good choice.

I recently moved to Greensboro and will be living here until May. I found Favour Automotive Repair online. I called and spoke with Kufre the owner. I explained I needed a belt changed on a 2000 Ford 150. I gave him the Vin # and he returned the call within 15 min with an estimate. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the issue with the belt. He explained that original pulley needed replacement. We agreed on the price. He went to purchase the pulley returned and completed the job. I highly recommend this gentleman. He was honest and didn't try to gouge me like some of those other mobile guys. Call Kufre for your repair needs. I know I will definitely keep him in my phone contacts. Thank you for a job well done.

I located Favour Automotive online a few years ago. My first few experiences with His services were great as a professionally Black owned business. However, I had a recent experience with him that has changed my perspective on his business practices. He missed an appointment we set and didn't call or text to inform me. I had to contacted him and then he stated would not be able to make it! I took another chance on him and scheduled for another day, he was an hour late after he gave me an hour window! I was asked by him to go to an auto parts store to retrieve codes for a service maintenance light. (Obviously he didn't have the equipment himself) I called him to tell me what the problem was? I assisted him in solving the problem. He then charged me a $100 diagnosis fee which would be subtracted if he proformed the work. I thought his quote was inflated and rejected it. I then requested a refund for the diagnosis that I provided him and he refused. When, I questioned his quote he said I wanted him to cut corners. I rejected his price as being too much as well as his unprofessional handling of the situation. So, please understand if you are seeking his services he not fully prepared to diagnosis your problem which will lead to wasted time and an inaccurate repair.

I was referred to Favour Automotive Repair via a Facebook group. My experience has been fantastic so far. Kufre has been professional, informative, and reasonably priced. He has made sure that we understood what we were dealing with every step of the way and even offered suggestions that would better serve our needs and help save money. On top of all of that he is a mobile mechanic! We even got a narrated video explanation of issues with our car. We have been thoroughly impressed.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Called for diagnostic was told my gas tank needed to be cleaned. Had towed to another shop thankfully and they told me my engine was locked up. This mechanic does not know what he is doing stay away.
