I came here earlier today & my cashier was so chill I had to leave him a good review. I wish I had gotten his name but, he greeted me when I entered & tried to get me a deal for the few things I got. I usually stress when checking out bc I’m not very social & find it awkward but his hospitality let me feel comfortable

Since when does Family Dollar not mark holiday stuff down the day after the holiday. When i ask the cashier to take it off she huffed and made a face. I ended up buying the product full price just to leave.

This store just needs to shut the doors. For the past 3 years I've lived close by, it is closed almost once a week it seems like for one reason or another. Now they have been closed for a week because the a/c is out. I have worked in a retail/pharmacy setting before and they would NEVER close for the a/c(or any reason), even in the middle of the summer like it is now. HOWEVER, in a situation like that, they had a tech working on it that day or the next, never a whole week! Thankfully there are 3 dollar generals within a 5 mile radius from this store, so I don't have to go to far for a quick trip when I forgot to pick something up at the grocery store.

I’ve never been inside this location, but I drive by it every day, and there is more trash in the landscaping near the dumpster than there is probably IN the actual dumpster. It’s an eyesore and not only that, but they clearly don’t care about littering, considering it’s been like this for a very long time. They clearly have no respect for themselves at this location, and it’s very sad. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

I am an extremely patient & understanding person but when I say this store has HORRIBLE customer service, I mean it. It’s almost like it’s ran by high school girls with bad attitudes. Never friendly (other than an older blonde haired lady I believe is the new manager) for example one of your employees (younger with her hair shaved in the back also doesn’t wear a name tag so I can’t mention her actual name) is always on her phone when I’m checking out. Never says a word and is very rude. Last night I came in after work around 6 and she was turning customers away very abruptly because of being short staffed. As a retail manager I understand the staffing issues that take place this day in age but you NEVER turn away a paying customer. If you have time to smoke a cigarette & hang up a sign saying your closing you have time to check out a customer. Do a better job! Clean up the store and your attitudes please.
