Could you believe that my daughter experienced—— this bias attack? She and her friend faced unlawful imprisonment based on being a victim of profiling. It’s sad for me to say this, but sometimes it’s our people who fall victim to what we’ve been fighting for decades and still can’t win, which is racial profiling and biased acts in this country. To imagine, even after getting the police involved and being proved wrong, this person, because I chose to be professional, did not offer an apology. SMFH

TERRIBLE WORKERS. Held my friends CAPTIVE and accused them of stealing. When bags and receipts were checked they still weren’t released. We didn’t get his name but it was a bald Black man.

Always friendly staff. Great prices, even for items that are way expensive in other stores. For example they have a wonderful selection of clean supplies. Thanks y'all.

Clean. Nothing out of place. Nothing blocking the aisles like the other stores. The ladies that were working made me feel so welcomed. They were so kind and ready to help. Great personalities. Someone has really worked hard to get this place in order from what I saw awhile back. I'll definitely be shopping at this Family Dollar from now on. I was 100% satisfied with the whole shopping experience!

Located beside Food Lion, it’s in a convenient spot! I arrived here around 8:45pm on a Friday evening to look to see if they had any exterior door locks, including a deadbolt lock. Upon entrance, I was greeted by the cashier. The cashier(s) greeted every single person who entered the store, regarding they were behind the register or not. There is like a bell type sound whenever the door is opened.I ended up browsing the entire store just to see what they had. They have a decent selection of typical family dollar items. I did not see what I was looking for. They had a deadbolt and a lock separate, but I wanted it together so that it would have the same key. Nonetheless, I saw a search protector and I decided to get it because I also needed one too.I spent about 10 mins in the store. Checkout was easy and smooth. They do accept Apple Pay, but it’s not always working, per signage.

Store does not open on time a lady with box braids stood there and watched as I stood outside waiting for 10 minutes for the store to open and she refused to unlock the doors time was 9:10 AM and the doors still were not unlocked

The item I was trying to buy wasn't ringing up correctly, so the cashier made a phone call to someone else at FD to find out how to fix it. And she did ! It was great ! Friendly, helpful & refreshing. Finally, someone that understands the true meaning of "customer service" (instead of making excuses). Thanks !
