Door locked at 2:30 with no sign up girl just walking around inside talking on the phone sat in my car for them to come outside and walk away and lock the door and go chat with the other business at the end of the outlet just close this store down at this point not the first time this happened

I have been to this location several times at 11am and 1pm and the front doors are locked and no one is available and I can’t get anyone on the phone.
