I was trying to load money on my debit card only to be told by the manager that her district manager had told them not To accept any currency over a $20. Which I could understand if I was getting change back (but I wasn't) so I went to another store with no problems...the manager at that store told me she had not been told any such thing.

Worst ever, employees using excessive profanity with my 5 year old daughter right beside me..to the owner of this store I hope you see this..I'll NEVER come back to this location..your employee's need to be checked!!!

This is the type of store I have to shop at b/c of location pricing and type of items exclusively there. I don't enjoy my experience. Customer service is super inconsistent. You'll either get someone very rude or professional.

I came in on 2/13/19. I’m giving this store 3 stars ONLY because of the nice man with the dreads and bandana on the left register closest to the door. I didn’t get his name but he was very nice, polite and helpful after another employee with dreadlocks was very nonchalant and unhelpful towards my small issue. All he told me was “there’s nothing I can do” when I had an issue with the chip on my card. All he had to do was have me insert the chip 3 times and after the 3rd time the machine will tell you to swipe the card since the chip isn’t working. I knew it would work because I had just used the card on the SAME register the night before. However he just brushed off my problem saying nothing could be done. I wouldn’t even be writing this if he even ATTEMPTED to help, but no he didn’t. It was like he was brushing me off and didn’t care at all. Almost as if he was annoyed. I was at his register for no more than two minutes so it wasn’t like I was holding up a line or something. I told him I would just wait on the other employee. This store needs to work on hiring more people who are customer oriented and have better attitudes. Again, the other guy with the close cut beard and dreads who wears a bandana who helped has awesome customer service skills.

The store is well-cleaned and there was one employee Nydia, who is so helpful and nice to ask a question whenever you can't find something. All the staff are hard-working

Yeah I live a block away so I go to the store good store to go to for cheap but you can save money on good workers nice people

The store was cluttered with stock on the floor in piles and boxes. The customer service was poor.
