Absolutely HORRIBLE! The cashier sold me a broken item and wouldn't replace it within the hour of purchase. She sent me to another Family Dollar to exchange it several miles away and the Manager couldn't figure out why she sent me to another store. Was told she was supposed to take care of the issue there.
